Fireside Office Solutions

We love the fireside team! Catherine stopped by to check on us today right before noon and brought me a cool erasable highlighter. I mentioned that we needed to get our printer cleaned and she told the printer dude Patrick and the tech was there before I got back from lunch!

Everyone we have worked with at Fireside has been nothing but very professional and extremely helpful. Between their technology department and their office supply staff (Dan is the absolute best) we haven't had one complaint, they truly go above and beyond. Would recommend them in a heartbeat!

I love this business because they have their clients best interest at heart. Very important in my line of work to have ergonomically correct furniture, and I trust them to help people out with that.

If I could give negative billion stars I would do it. My experience is still going on, and is so negative, that when I slammed down the phone the last time I spoke with the sales rep that I have been trying to buy from, I swore out loud! I get half sentence answers on email that don't even start to answer the question I asked the representative.

I usually can't get this rep on the phone, but when I do, he just seems like a jerk, and won't ever actually give me any information. Wondering if Fireside would be willing to fire Kim? That would be awesome, as he has been a hindrance to me actually purchasing the office furniture that I needed over a month ago. By the way, it still is not ordered. AVOID this rep at all costs (named Kim Wiest). and unless others in the company are way better then that jerk, please avoid the company for your own state of mind as well as your company!
