Services
At International Billiards, we offer a variety of services for your pool table, whether it needs to be moved from one house to another, have the cloth replaced or be disassembled to move to another state, we can assist you. Each customer's needs are unique so each service job is different. We'll work to find a custom solution that's a perfect fit for you - no matter what the circumstances are.
Once you've added the items you want, you can go through the check out process, which will gather your contact information and make sure you are within our delivery area. We typically deliver within 70 miles of our location in Houston, TX but if you are more than 70 miles away give us a call and we will see if we can assist you!
Gameroom furniture can easily fill up a room so it is best to measure to make sure your pool table or shuffleboard will fit comfortably or if you may need shorter cues for shots close to the edge of the playfield. 7', 8 and 9' are all regulation sizes. Tournaments are typically played on 9' tables but most homes do not have large enough rooms for them so 8' has become the predominate size. If your room is smaller or you have any areas where a normal size cue stick will not fit you can purchase shorter cues to use in those areas.
Your new table is a great opportunity for you to spend more face-to-face time with your family and friends. Additionally, you have purchased a product that can last generations with proper care and maintenance. Today's family pleasure, tomorrow's family treasure! If you haven't already, please double check the room dimensions to make sure that your table will fit with plenty of room for the cues. Please make sure that our installers have a clear path to and inside your game room and that there is no other furniture impeding the installation.

Went to International Billiards to learn about pool tables before purchasing one for our family. The ladies there were professional, honest and very helpful. Definitely wasn't trying to sell but more educating you about the product, what suits your family and the space. We ended up buying a pool table, tennis table and foosball table. Too bad the foosball didn't fit, they took it back without any hesitation and mailed me a check. Highly recommended and love that it's a family owned business.

Our business recently purchased shuffleboard and foosball from International Billiards. Eliza, her Brother and their staff were so accommodating and willing to patiently answer questions, it was truly an amazing experience all the way around. Delivery was actually a day earlier than expected and was clean and professional. We are planning to purchase more in the near future and it will definitely be from this location.

Living outside of Houston I literally purchased my pool table over the phone. Kim helped every step - sent photos, special-ordered the felt I wanted, and arranged prompt last minute delivery over the Thanksgiving holiday -- less than a week start to finish. I had looked at similar tables from other stores but International Billiards is the best value for cost, service, and quality. Recommend 100%!

Al built my wife and I a custom pool table back in 1992. We have loved it all these years, having International Billiards move it twice since then for us. Kim has always been there for us providing excellent, friendly service! We recently purchased a customized Champion shuffleboard table (they built a three-piece table top on it for us) and a California House bumper pool/poker table combo from Eliza.

Buying a pool table for our new home was a big decision for us, The staff at International Billiards was very professional and helpful, we felt very good about buying our table from them. During delivery their staff communicated when they would arrive and, the installation crew were very professional and explained in detail how to care for and maintain the table. I will be buying all of our accessories from them and would highly recommend.

International Billards has incredible service, both online and in person. I saw a pool table on their website that I really liked and left a comment on it. In no more than 5 minutes they responded to me with all the information I asked for. Later that same week I went to the store to check out the table and they were very helpful explaining to us all the details.
We received the table on time and the day of delivery. The installers were very excellent and left the table in excellent shape to play on. The only detail was that there were some scratches on the rails but I contacted International Billards immediately. They responded once again very quickly. They offered to replace the rails for us and have them installed free of charge.
Since I didn't want to go through the trouble of taking the table apart they offered to give me a refund of $125 or $150 in store credit for the damages. In the end I decided to take the check. Very excellent pool store I definitely recommend it and will be buying all my pool supplies from them in the future.

I have been shopping for a pool table for a while. I got a quote from International Billiards and haven't bought the table yet as I finish a remodel for the room it will be going into. But, I will definitely be buying it from them this week! I am convinced that what they have is the best quality at the best price. More than that, the sales person I worked with was just really straight forward.
Her candor was really refreshing and appreciated. Instead of trying to make a constant sale or upgrade, as was my experience at other places, she was direct with making recommendations on what would be of value to me, and even what I don't need, that fit into my budget and interests. It was a welcomed experience and very clear why they have been in business for almost 80 years. I would definitely recommend that if you are looking for a pool table, you would be remiss not considering buying one from International Billiards.

I did not even go in the store to purchase my new shuffleboard table. Researched on line and felt comfortable buying over the phone. Eliza was very helpful and as nice and friendly as you hope to get. The delivery crew was outstanding. Had to set up on second floor so they sent 3 guys and they were extremely careful not to bump anything. Set up, leveled and cleaned up in about an hour.
I had a concern after they left and they turned around and came right back. There is no wonder why they have been in business as long as they have. Great experience from beginning to end. Highly recommend.

I went into another Billiard business to buy me a custom cue. The salesmen would not help me, he did tell me the cheap cues were at the end, b4 returning behind the counter. I walked out of that business and drove to Int'l Billiards. Once I walked into their store, I was greeted by a wonderful sales woman and she showed me her stock. Any questions that I had, she answered them and if she wasn't sure of the answer, the other saleswomen knew it.
Not only did they sale me my first custom cue, they also added extra weights for me. It was so delightful to talk to these ladies on the phone or in the store. They were so knowledgeable about the products they sale in the store. I got a great deal on my cue and couldn't be any happier. I do want a 2nd cue and once I figure out what I want, I drive back to Int'l Billiard's to buy it from them.

Nice friendly staff, knowledgeable end experienced. I love doing business with people who enjoy what they do. They'll put a new tip on your stick or sell you a pool table (or a foosball/table tennis/shuffleboard table). Game room furniture and accessories at what looked to me like pretty good prices.
