Spent over 18k in their store and the follow-up customer service has been atrocious. I called two different times to try to get information on cleaning procedure for the fabric that they covered my sofa in and the "customer service" person just kept telling me that the fabric is discontinued and use soap and water or get an estimate from an upholstery cleaner. The last professional put the stain on my sofa I am trying to remove. Ligne Roset has gone downhill since they were bought out.

If there is an option to give a 0 on the scale, I would. Absolutely the WORST customer service you can find. Everything up to the purchase was very easy, until they get your money. I understand COVID has had a huge impact on supply chain around the world and we should all be more understanding, however the company should take that into consideration when providing an ETA to customers.

I ordered my sofa with an original ETA to the LOCAL warehouse in 20-22 weeks. Tried calling every 2 months to check in and now the latest ETA is it will ship from oversea facility in week 27 and arrive at local warehouse around week 30 without ever reaching out and providing an update! Absolutely horrific! The worst part is the sales representative at this store told me he needs to attend to a new customer visiting and hung up! Absolutely the worst service. I will never buy anything from this company/store again.

The Ligne Roset store on 250 Park Avenue South has reopened under new professional ownership. The service of the sales team is outstanding and one of a kind. Furniture collection represents the latest color trends. Can't wait to go back again!

I've purchased tens of thousands in furniture and home decor items from Ligne Roset over the years because I like the design. However, there have been a few occasions where I've needed support. They have been absolutely dreadful--on multiple occasions--in that area. As an example, I asked "is it possible to repair x" approximately 1 year ago.

I have followed up repeatedly.and not received a response to this basic question. What I did receive at one point was an email from an employee I'd never interacted with indicating in shockingly accusatory language that I had misused the product. Even if that were true, I wasn't asking for a handout. All I was asking is "is it possible to repair this".and if I could ever find out the answer, I'd arrange for (and pay for) the repair. I love the design, but going forward I'll spend my money at a store that offers design AND service.

The buying experience was fine, as the salesperson was very attentive, but the furniture itself has worn so poorly in less than a year's time that I am replacing the couch and giving it away. Very disappointing "quality", though aesthetically interesting furniture.

As an update: 1) ligne roset sent their in house technician Mark to take a look at my dining table and bed on the 1st delivery attempt 2) my lamp arrived a month later and they accommodated with weekend delivery so that i don't have to take additional days off They did try to make it right in the end and i appreciate that. However the whole process is cumbersome given the price point.

One of those places that sells extremely expensive uncomfortable furniture. The staff was unhelpful, they had no clue of the features of a bed they were selling.

I bought a credenza less the a year ago from The Park Avenue location in NYC. It broke over a month ago, I've contacted the store SEVERAL times and sent pictures and still have no solution. The quality of the furniture is terrible. I'm so disappointed, I love aesthetically how beautiful the furniture is and was so excited to finally invest in pieces. The customer service has been awful, I'm so insulted.

Just spent 20 minutes as the ONLY (potential) customers in the store talking about furniture we wanted pricing on and ignored by the entire staff. How this place is in business is beyond me. Three employees sitting around talking to one another, not one of whom said "Hello, can we help you with anything".

My wife and I furnished our entire apartment at Ligne Roset. Not only is the furniture stylish and beautiful, but it is all of the highest quality. Maybe, most important, however, is the amazing customer service. Petya has helped us in so many ways, and is an outstanding decorator, designer and artist. She is also an absolute delight to deal with, and consistently goes the extra mile to ensure total customer satisfaction.

Their delivery and installation are also extremely good and professional. All in all, Ligne Roset is an otstanding source for modern furniture due to their stylish product, outstanding service and world class design services (and especially Petya!).

They never follow up with customer requests. I had to wait so long to any responses. Their fabric samples were too small. It didn't match with real color of the product.

I have been decorating my home for the last 6 years from Ligne Roset. The design and quality of the furniture is excellent. The customer service is usually very good but a times left a little to be desired. Usually I don't write a review but after reading a negative review from someone I thought I would share my experiences. Around 4 years ago one of the legs of the dining room table we purchased started peeling. Were were told that we must have had a flood and that would cause that damage.

We assured them there was not flood and they promptly shipped another set of legs to replace the damaged one. We ordered a new table and chairs this past January and our table arrived within 3 months but the chairs were delayed. Then we were told that our chairs were shipped but that the container fell in the ocean during a storm. We were told that it would be another 3 months but the salesperson arranged for new replacement chairs to be delivered until until our chairs arrived.

We love our furniture and we understand things do happen, but have patience and we have found the sales team at Ligne Roset will always try and make amends. After all, their furniture is addicting and they know that!

This is really the best furniture store in NYC for modern design selection, service, and overall quality. I do all of my ordering here and my clients receive everything on time and with quality as a result! 5 stars!

Our designer and us have been working with Ligne Roset Store located on Park Ave for about two years. The store representative/designer Bryan, is very sweet and has been very helpful. The deliveries have been always on time. Yes, sometimes they delay the items but, it is worth it. The quality of the products is amazing. Our NY apartment looks great and we get a lot of compliments from people.

This past weekend I was looking for a tv console and stopped in the store. The specs/dimensions were difficult to match but Greg Keyte spent all the time needed to walk me through the various options. He was the most attentive, responsive, and personable person with whom I'd interacted throughout my visit to 6 stores that day. I now appreciate the premium service that one should expect to accompany such premium merchandise. I will be returning for more. Thanks!

I have bought a buffet a lamp and a bedroom set and I have nothing but wonderful service and a wonderful relationship with the company. My salesperson is Anthony and he is wonderful and kind and has made my experience easy and has helped me make the right choices for my home. When we started purchasing my dad met Anthony and he was so kind to my dad and caring.

When my dad got sick and in the hospital Anthony called and checked in. While that went on pieces were ready and they agreed to hold them until I was ready for them. At dads passing Anthony was very emotional and kind and made sure we got out by giving us tickets to the design show. He and the company went above what you would expect. I will continue purchasing from the company and Anthony.

We ordered a media center in June and they were quick to charge us for half the amount for deposit. We were told that the shelves would get here by mid October. It is now November and no one has ever followed up with us. We had to call them constantly to get any update. For our order placed in June the eta is now end of November. The guy who helped us left the company and we suspect he never placed our order until we called end of September to ask for status update.

No one at Ligne Roset has admitted this or apologized acting as if this is just what you get when you deal with high end furniture companies. Guess what. It is not waiting 3months for high end furniture is the norm. Give them the month of August off this is still over 4 months. Very disappointed in the level of service and lack of professionalism from the store. Cant believe i have to deal with attitude when they messed up. will not recommend to anyone.
