Office Furniture Now

These people lied to us. We needed furniture for our office and they confirmed a delivery date. At delivery date, they said it would be two more weeks. They overcharged us and we had to discover it. BEWARE of this company. If you want a hassle-free experience, look elsewhere.

DO NOT USE! The installers have taken days to assemble and install and they are still not done. More missing parts, improperly ordered items, vendors that cant send the right items but most likely failed ordering by Office Furniture Now. I can not stress enough how you should not use this seller of office furniture. We went to a bargain seller for some initial items and those guys were heads and tails better at doing their job from sales to install not to mention timely. Few months after ordering and we still don't have all our furniture for only 40 workstations. So glad we didn't order the whole office from these folks.

I ordered a bookcase from them. First the good: it was delivered ahead of the promised date and was well packed. The piece itself is of good quality, commensurate with the price. Now the bad: I ordered this bookcase to use in a study with two existing bookcases. I knew I would not get a perfect match, but wanted something close. The photo on the website showed it to be a medium cherry finish with visible woodgrain.

The bookcase that was delivered was much, much darker, an almost black cherry finish with no visible woodgrain. I will not come close to matching my existing bookcases and does not come close to whwhatr was shown on the website. Second, the shipping company sent it to my home with only a driver in the truck. I had to help him carry it up my five front steps.

While it was not all that heavy, this was not what I expect in furniture delivery. Because reboxing (I had to cut the box open to get it out, and it was delivered strapped to a skid, which was left behind) ) and returning it would be such a pain, I will live with it, but it is not what I paid for. When contacted with these complaints, the company did agree to credit me $100 on the order.

Be careful in dealing with these people they will sell you something and tell you that they will also buy it back. In fact they will not. They will be bold enough to offer to come pick it up for free. probably so they can sell it to someone else. So if you are buying something don't believe the " we will buy it back promise"

Very Friendly staff and great choices used and new furniture.

They wouldn't let me look at office chairs without having a salesman breathing down my neck. They literally wouldn't let me in the door without summoning one. NOBODY like salesmen. No prices on the website, must purchase through a salesman. What a shady business model. Tell people the prices, don't give them a salesman to lie to them. Lost my business.

Worst office furniture store in Austin. What was supposed to take a few weeks dragged on to two months and when we finally received the cubicle panels they were the wrong size.

Office furniture now offers inexpensive solutions for creating the perfect office space. I highly recommend them if you're in need of office furniture.;

I'm picking up a new desk for my home office, and almost felt bad for the small size of the order. After speaking with Rene & Julie, I felt quite a bit better. They offered a design service to me to ensure the desk size would be a good fit for the room, and mentioned that it is something they offered to everyone. I guess it is quite a bit more of a necessity when you're setting up 10, 50, 100 or more desks.

I only needed 1 desk, and already knew where it was going, so I opted out of that service. The desk I got is amazing! It has an electric motor to raise and lower for standing/sitting. They also consulted me on the height for my desk and chair to minimize strain on my neck and back. They have quite a selection of peripherals to accommodate these needs as well!

My only regret is that I don't have a company for them to design my space. Then again, I did refer them to a friend of mine that has 10 employees, so I guess that will help! Cheers!
