I purchased a HON Exposure chair from another seller but ABI Office was listed as a warranty contact for HON. My old one broke after 2 years and it had a 5 year warranty. Erik was very helpful and got me a new chair shipped to the store and assembled for me the process was very easy and got me into a new chair quickly.

This is a great place to meet small business furniture needs. They have cubicles, desks, ergonomic chairs, and sell at pretty good prices. Generally buy Hon and other reputable products from this location. I will continue purchasing. Nice sales and customer service, and the website shows lot of their excellent products.

The order my organization placed with ABI was a bit complex. It involved a few separate spaces and included a lot of specific requirements to accommodate technology equipment. Erik and Ralph were absolute rock stars is making this happen! The furniture looks amazing and is exactly what we were looking for! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because of an issue with the labeling on the outside of the countless boxes not properly identifying what went to which space and some pieces were missing. Regardless, Erik and Ralph went above and beyond to ensure we got everything ironed out and the missing pieces sent to us! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for office furniture and if I ever need to order again, I hope we can go through ABI!
