We are an authorized dealer of Palliser and OMNIA furniture, both of which are made in North America. Wonderful leather chair and loveseat. High quality. Minor scratch on furniture found as we were moving it to my car. They sent out a leather expert to my office to fix it free of charge. Can't even tell where the scratch was! Explained grades of leather and how it can be repaired without replacing the entire piece of furniture. My new office is so classy now. Thanks so much!

My husband and I bought a 2600.00 dollar chair it took 2 months for delivery that was on December 18 on may 30 the chair fell apart my husband called Hyek's they told him to call a repair man they gave him the number and told him to call and that we have to pay the repairs we've called the number for 3 days with no call back so we called Hayek again they gave my husband another number to call and refused to call themselves when we tried to get them to take responsibility they started yelling at my husband with no resolution. So if you want quality or customer service and support definitely go somewhere else!
