Robert B. Jr. was amazing! He helped us greatly and got us what we needed within our budget. He helped us find everything from pieces to a bedroom set that we needed, a TV stand, and a TV. He was patient with us and helped us explore different financing options making sure we found the best and affordable option! Staff was absolutely amazing came in prior to today and met with Richard who help us find some items and he was awesome. Then we came in to purchase the items and met with Brittany. She was so amazing. I am so glad we came to this conns to buy our furniture. Definitely will be coming back.

Adam was a great sales rep and very helpful update: 3 months ago I was told by the sales associate that I had 0% interest.today I asked when my furniture had to be paid off by to make sure that I don't have to pay interest I was told that i in fact did NOT have 0% interest. so the sales associate lied to me. don't ever buy from here. I was actually looking to buy a TV but now I'll just go to BEST BUY. stay away from sales associate ADAM, he lies to get the sale.

Waited for my delivery to add this review. I timed my visit to Conns so I would have my new order for Superbowl. Reggie at Conns Tropicana is very knowledgeable. Pick his brain. The delivery guy's, hard working, polite and On Time! My complex elevator was too small for the double recliner sofa, so they unboxed it and carried it up a flight of stairs with a horrible bend. All in all my experience with Conns, an absolute pleasant surprise!
