I bought a dresser from here a couple years back. It's held up well, the gliders are smooth, but the stain work is an absolute mess. There are finger prints all over the inside, and under the lip where the staples/nails went in aren't very clean. Though you don't see these parts normally it's still really disappointing how little care taken. Edit- I had selected it pre-stain, based on response, just wouldn't do that again.

They always have or can order the thing I need. Very sturdy stuff too; I needed a step stool that would hold a 300 pound person safely, and not only did they order it, they did the finishing work for me for a small price. Much cheaper to get durable, well made furniture for a reasonable price here than elsewhere. All solid wood and good construction, no cheap press-board c***.

Several years ago, our daughter was able to get a beautiful headboard and bedstead in a medium-light oak stain. Prior to that, we had only been familiar with the Nat-Furn stores of several decades ago where Everything was pine. Times have changed! So when we needed a couple of items, we stopped by Natural Furniture. We purchased a sofa table that we wanted stain-matched to a bedstead & nightstands, & we purchased a small writing table that we originally saw in a "grayed" stain. Natural Furniture worked diligently to get a good match, & they did a really lovely job. They delivered both pieces & we're very pleased.

Bought some cube bookshelves/cubbies for our daughter's room. They have a great business model. All of the furniture is unfinished. You can have them apply a variety of finishes or take it home and apply whatever stain/varnish you like. The woodwork is superb and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Plus, I was surprised by the prices. At any other store closer to downtown, this furniture would have been 20-50% more expensive.

This place is great, we looked all over for a kitchen table to fit our narrow kitchen. We looked all over for one that had a leaf that stored inside the table that was also real wood and not that crappy was-wood stuff at Ikea. PLUS THIS PLACE IS LOCALLY OWNED! Great selection and great prices, love this place!
