Avoid the mattress covers. Such poor quality, seam was ripped and continued ripping as the package was opened. And of course, no returns.

This location used to have THE BEST furniture deals. Now? Not so much : It just looks like a Thrift Store.

There was so much "stuff" there it was hard to see if you wanted anything. There was no one there to assist you either.

We were able to find a decent wardrobe and mini dishwasher for my apartment with a few extras all under $100. But I didn't like feeling bashed cause we got in there 30 mins before closing time. But they had nice selection and was clean. Even got to get pics of a huge female Praying Mattis ready to fight as a departing treat.

Awesome place. I couldnt get over the prices. It was amazing how little money they wanted. Very nice things in very good condition. One side of store is new things. The other side of store it used furniture. Pictures. Mirrors. Must go check it out.

This is a nice place to shop for good deals. I only gave 1 star because there delivery service is a joke. No mask when they arrived at my door but then say they can put in the room I wanted because of the pandemic but ONCE AGAIN you are NOT wearing a mask when you arrived at my door. Let me be clear NO ONE SAID that they are only gonna sit this stuff inside the door when I was paying to have it delivered. Nice store but they need to contract the delivery service to different people. If you have to have it delivered I would not buy from them.

Quirky store whose main part is a grubby warehouse, filled with used, discounted furniture items. Looks like most come from hotels, and they range from very gently used at reasonable prices to real "fixer upper" pieces that make it out the door with a low offer. The front store offers an ever-changing array of new items such as bedding and a small section of furnishings. If you like interesting explorations, stop by to see what they have. Then go again in a few weeks to check out the new shipments!

I do not typically read reviews prior to visiting establishments so my opinion isn't biased going in, but in this case I should have. Although, some of these reviews are just plain on lies based on what I saw over the weekend. The website is absolutely no comparison whatsoever to the actual store! Clearly most of the photos from the site were borrowed from other sites or the original manufacturer which in my opinion is false advertising!

My friends and I were beyond disappointed at the quality of what was being sold, old and new. I am all for bargain shopping and great finds, but this was worse than a flea market on it's worst day! This visit was definitely a waste of gas!

I love this store, a very warm and helpful staff. When I come through the door I am warmly greeted by Sharon, when looking for quality furniture item Phil the manager is the go to. Drop through and buy vintage or new items, you wont be disappointed!

This warehouse had many types of hotel furniture that was scratched and dented but good quality and serviceable. The new items were very poor quality and overpriced. The mattress and box spring selection was large but you couldn't lay on these prior to purchase to check firmness. I did not purchase anything but, I saw many people who did and were perfectly happy. I liked Goodwill better but this place has a larger selection.

I was looking for an affordable but good quality place to find furniture for my studio. I'm a student. Found amazing furniture from hotels here and got a great steal on a 7 foot mirror. No way I could afford that normally. The delivery fee was $60 for whatever you end up buying. Look for PHIL! He was so awesome and really helpful. The guy at the front did not seem interested in helping but Phil was great.

The delivery was prompt and I'm happy with the outcome. I will stop by again off and on to see what deals they have! Parking was easy and free out front of the warehouse.

The guy at desk Josh claims to be manager. He is very rude, thinks its funny that they call there friends and tell them about items first. The do put sold signs on items to hold for thete friends. I would like to talk to owner im setching fir that info

I may have visited on a bad day but all I saw that was worth buying were wall hanging - artwork and mirrors. The prices were not really discounted for used furniture.

Emphasis on sturdy used bedroom furnishings, sleeper sofas and home office furniture at flea market prices. You can also get mattresses, which I think are new. My neighbor has an assisted living home and bought all her furniture there. The furniture tends to be a little old fashioned looking, but it's a nice place to stop by occasionally, just to see what has come in. The best part is, like at a flea market, you can sometimes bargain with them about price.

The place is a great deal for items such as lamps, mirrors, furniture and TVs. You have to go through and figure out whats junk. I was wondering about the upholstered chairs as previously mentioned on yelp. I did ask one of the store owners (all of them were very nice guys) and he brushed it off. I would be cautious about it. The armoirs, coffee tables, side tables and book cases are great deals. Happy with purchases and will return.

This place was ok. Like Jonathan G. said. or basically, implied, I wouldn't go for any of the upholstered furniture because who the hell knows what's on that and what's gone on on that. I did see a bunch of dressers and armoires that looked pretty good and like solid, good quality wood. They have their inventory on the website, and it says it's updated frequently but I really don't think it is because half the stuff I saw on the website had "sold" post-its stuck on them. I think this place is worth checking out but I would go in with no expectations and not a clear idea of what you want and just see what you find.

I've been here a few times, and honestly, it's not worth the effort. I consider myself pretty accepting of worn/used/shabby chic furniture, but this stuff is really just garbage. The furniture being offered here is just lot after lot of refuse that hotels and office buildings were going to throw away - so Overstock Outlet is going to sell whatever they can, and drag the rest across the street to the dump.

Any upholstered furniture has to be riddled with bodily fluids, and the rest *look* like they belong in a cheap hotel - not your home. There are real used furniture stores that sell good pieces (Owings Mills, Timonium, Glen Burnie), go support them.

Used hotel and overstock furniture for cheap. Most items are not perfect but serviceable; great for a bargain hunter. Stock changes often. Delivery isn't a great deal but then again, neither is dragging furniture up rowhouse stairs. Update, 11/2/11: we went back recently, and found more "soft stuff" -- bedsheets, towels, etc (in packages) and at pretty good prices. I also got a great deal on a computer monitor. However, be warned that it takes FOREVER to check out.

This place is pretty fantastic. They buy furniture from hotels and offices that are remodeling, so you can find high-quality, gently-used furniture at amazing prices. They even have TVs. My boyfriend got a bookcase made out of real wood for less than $50, and a super nice desk for around the same price. I bought a nice office chair for $15. They also have lamps, framed art prints, filing cabinets, armoires, couches, and lots of other furniture.

They even have new mattresses and bedding too. It is a great place to look if you want nice furniture on a budget. Stay out of Ikea! Their website lists some of their stock, but they have a lot more in the warehouse.
