I discovered a problem with my pool pump and Mark and crew could not have been more helpful. From trouble-shooting over the phone to in store conversations and then to eventually being able to solve the problem via emailed photos - they were outstanding. Service:Swimming pool equipment maintenance

I received a call from Mark this morning 5/3/22 and the lack of empathy and the amount of rudeness from him was beyond anything o have ever experienced. There are other negative reviews on here and that was not shocking. If this is the way the OWNER of this company treats potential customers I'm surprised his business is open. I have shared this on one social media platform and the immediate responses from my friends just proves I dodged a bullet by not using this company for my pool liner and pump needs. DO NOT ISE THIS COMPANY! Run! Run fast!

Nice place, nice people. I was greeted and asked if I needed help, but I was just browsing. There prices were very high compared to most places, that's the only reason for the drop in stars. Didn't purchase anything to leave a review on that.

The sales people were not knowledgeable about the Napoleon line of products. They took over a year to deliver the purchased items. Half of items were never delivered. The $1000+ side burners they sold me were not compatible with the grill head. Poor business on all fronts. ETA: Since the business feels the need to "call me out" for my review I'll add more detail.

I do have 3 negative reviews written from this account in as many years. That's because I only give them when the service is significantly sub par. Positive reviews are given by my business account because it has far more influence and I feel a negative review from the business account is not fair for a single transaction. There are parts that were never picked up because nobody can wait a year for parts on a job.

When they were 3 months past the quoted delivery date I reordered them from bbqguys and they sourced and delivered to my door in 3 days. You got a negative review because you fell short. Your lack of knowledge about the equipment you sell cost me thousands in delays and redesigns. You might want to check with Napoleon about compatibility of the electronics between the latest pro line and the previous one.

They are not compatible. The wiring harness does not fit between the two and there is no adapter available. This is information I got directly from the mfg when your sales people could not answer the questions post sale. The review had nothing to do with finance charges. That's petty. It was an opportunity for you to grow as a business. Take it, it don't. Makes no difference to me

Just purchased a Wellis hot tub from them! These people were friendly and welcoming and knowledgeable of their products and services. I guess that experience made me want to write a review. Worked with their representative Matt Robinson. Matt was knowledgeable and answered every one of my thousand questions. I never felt like a burden. Matt even hooked up his phone to the spa to show me how the speakers sounded. Matt was so helpful in arranging delivery and recommend an electrician that came out immediately.

I basically had to keep asking what I needed to do since he was pretty much taking care of everything. Also, everything was delivered inside of a week! Great experience. I highly recommend Matt as a representative and this company for any of your spa needs. I'd say they are worth the experience. Thanks again!

I'm one to leave reviews for awesome customer service promoting local business.however, I am compelled to share the AWFUL customer service from this company. I called today to request an estimate for pool install and was in short called a "Karen" by the woman who was the self proclaimed boss and hung up on. I fully understood that an install was out until 2024, I was merely asking when I called to get an appointment for a future install and she laughed at me and when I stated I still wanted an appointment even when it was out that far. Is this how you speak to customers, by calling them names and hanging up on them when they ask to do business with you?

I cannot believe the rudeness and complete lack of customer care this company has answering their phones. She may, as she proudly and rudely stated, be the owners daughter but I can't imagine this is how the company expects to keep customers or future customers happy. Best of luck, I will be going elsewhere with by business and sharing with anyone who will listen not to use your company.

I dropped a pool cover for replacement in June. After many (more than 5) phone calls in September to inquire about the status order, the company was unable to provide an answer or even call back. Finally, 4 months after starting the process, they informed me that the process has not even started because they were unable to contact the manufacturer.

I was never notified nor called during that entire time, nor was I able despite numerous attends to talk to the Sales Rep, who presumably could not be reached while on the field. Don't laugh, all of this is true. The only option they offer was to start the process all over again. I don't recall being left in the dark, or being mistreated by a business like this before. Unacceptable.

They were super helpful and understanding with me. I am new to owning a hot tub and they took the time to explain to me what I needed to do after testing my water. They didn't try to get me to buy superfluous stuff, so I appreciate their honesty as well.
