I was throwing out a net to get quotes on a specific desk chair for my home office, and came across the OIC website. I submitted a request for a quote and within minutes I received a response asking for more details on the exact features I was looking for. (who knew there would be so many options for a chair?). I was trying to find the exact chair I have at the office, and didn't know all the details, but with the help of Martha Monce, a Project Coordinator at OIC, we figured it out. Martha was fantastic, responsive, and very helpful in getting my order exactly right. Really above and beyond the kind of service I got from any other company I contacted for a quote. And the price was reasonable. I highly recommend OIC.

We had a short turn around need for new furniture and Kelli Weisenfluh was extremely helpful to help select and get the furniture delivered and installed within 7 business days from the day the order was signed.

Good furniture, but extensive delays at every stage of the process, including receiving quotes & modifications, ordering, delivery and follow-up. Working with this company required constant follow-up, reminders and pointed communications with their sales rep in order to get results. Perhaps they are understaffed, but it was a struggle to get this project done.

After struggling to work with a larger company for our office supplies, we are absolutely relieved to be working with such an amazing company! OPNW is local (which is a very big plus for us). Their staff is always friendly and eager to help with anything we might need. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

I have been working with OPNW for about 4.5 years. I have never had any issues with products or costumer service. In fact their costumer service is beyond what words can convey. They are thoughtful and understand their services and what they provide. Many times I need help looking for an items or products and the reps always go out of their way to find the info I need.
