Wow! This is real wood furniture, quality and beautiful! I loved that you could choose the stain or finish on the piece you pick out. What a great resource! I found Wood You and am so thankful! Great service and I am thrilled with the dresser I chose.

Found my chair, already sold unfortunately. Cabinets could work in garage but may have them build special.

Been getting my furniture from Wood You the last 10 years and it'll probably last the next 100 years. There's no particle board garbage here.just solid wood. It's not just the furniture quality either, customer service is beyond amazing and they do everything they can to help in your decision making on stains if you choose to do it yourself. Stop buying furniture that lasts 2 years, it'll cost you more in the long run.

The total price for the mattress, bed, delivery and all was great. The staff is amazing so helpful and friendly and the quality of the furniture lasts a very long time. Will come back for more when we buy our first home

When I found this store a few years ago I was so excited. I had a custom table for 8 made and ordered all new bedroom furniture from them. Everything went perfect. I wish I could say that this trend continued but sadly it did not. I ordered another table and chairs for my breakfast nook this time that seats five. At that time I also ordered a side table. Ordering was the easy part and everything went downhill from there.

When it was time to deliver my new table and side table the pedestal was not properly secured and broke. I understood that accidents happen so no big deal. However, we had discussed having the table skirt cut shorter since my family and I are so tall. This was never done. Also, we wanted the same gel finish that we have on our other table but it was not.

During this time of trying to get the table correct I ordered an armoire. While waiting on the armoire to arrive we had the table picked up and dropped off about three times. Eventually, the owner refinished the table to ensure it was the gloss finish and not matte that we kept getting. In the time frame of trying to get it correct the side table came back with one of the drawers all scratched up (see pic below) as well as the finish applied on the table is now bubbling up (see pic) and there are spots the finish didn't take (see pic).

When they came to deliver my armoire the dowel rod was too long to fit and the drawer gliders were not the upgraded ones I paid for. At this point I was done. I requested a refund as I couldn't seem to understand why no one was checking to make sure the orders were right ALL the times that they came back to me. The delivery boy also wiped dog poop on my sidewalk and asked me after if that was ok.

To which I replied it's too late now you already did it. Apparently he didn't wipe it off good enough on our sidewalk so he scraped his shoe on our slate steps when I wasn't looking. I found this beautiful discovery after they had left. I am sad to say that I will never recommend this store or shop there ever again. They have beautiful items for sale but no one seems to care if they are correct before they bring them to your house. They cannot even seem to get it right the second or third time around either.

This place is fantastic! All excellent quality wood furniture. You can customize stains etc. Staff was helpful but not pushy. We ordered a custom product but will go back again and again to purchase off the floor.

Wood You is my wife's and I favorite furniture store in Gainesville. I've been shopping here for over 10 years. I love it because they have a record of every purchase I and my wife have made. They know exactly which pieces will fit with our existing collection and what we used to finish them. I originally finished everything we purchased but lately I've been letting their "local guy" do it.

I'm very impressed with the quality. The price isn't too bad either. I believe we save a considerable amount over some of the chain furniture places AND what we get is all real wood, no MDF here!

Quality control is absolutely horrible nobody knows what's going on with peace that you order. Not impressed At All by the finished product dropping $3, 000 on a two leaf table, 8 chairs, in three stools. They delivered to table that had a 5 inch crack so call them to handle it they didn't give us any issues but then it's just a huge waiting game all over again.

Nobody calls you you have to hunt these people down so they can find out what the hell's going on with your furniture. I don't recommend this company to anybody who's looking for furniture I rather just go through Ashley's Furniture because when I order from Ashley's Furniture I was happy with the product because I got to see it in the store what it would look like they delivered it in time no hassles.

My wife and I went and bought 2 dressers. The same style and same color. We were told it would be 3 weeks. 3 weeks is today. My wife called them yesterday to see when they would be delivered. It was at that time that my wife was told that when ordered the 2 dressers, they only had 1 in stock. They ordered another. It will be at the store next Tuesday or Wednesday.

Then the two dressers will be painted. So it will be another week to 10 days. I am not an impatient consumer, if it is back ordered, it is backordered. My only issue is that they did not call us to let us know. We have always received good service and good furniture from them in the past. I just wish they would have called and told us of the delay

We decided to buy our furniture here after shopping all around town for a new kitchen table and entertainment center. We had a few requirements; the furniture had to match, have some personality, and it had to be something durable. The stuff at Wood You was perfect. You pick a piece and they will stain it and finish it for you. Pricing was easy to understand, and let's me honest, real wood furniture is apparently near impossible to find these days.

In terms of service, TJ went out of his way to help us make all of our choices. He really took the time to answer all of our questions during our multiple visits to the store. He (and other staff too) were always very patient and helpful. I never felt pressure to make a purchase. Overall, I'm thrilled that we made the call to get our furniture with Wood You. We will probably be back to get more things!
