The name of the individual or company reserving the room and/or the name of the person that they will be meeting (if different). The time of their meeting (some rooms are booked all day and we have no way of knowing if you have individuals scheduled at specific times). You may also reserve rooms directly with our staff and we will gladly capture the information for you while reserving your room.

Or, feel free to contact our staff with any pertinent information regarding your booking and guests. Please note that sending parties to Suite 200 directs them to the receptionist only.

Quite impressed with the facility. Plenty of parking. Bright and clean. Was immediately greeted by Yuliya who showed me around. She was able to answer every question I had. This young woman is a gem and certainly deserves a raise. I am strongly considering going with their answering service.

I didn't know this little gem was here. It's nestled in back of an office building, but its view is of a creek with ducks and other water birds under big shady trees. Sit inside or out. All the meals (crispy chicken sandwich, fish tacos and po' boy) were very good, but the zucchini fries were super good - especially with the jalapeno ranch dressing. (I've heard the weekend brunch is excellent.) Give it a try if you're in that area looking for a peaceful yummy bite.

I have been leasing my office space from Summit for several years now and I have always had excellent experience with them. No complaints whatsoever. The owner and staff are always super nice and friendly - by now they became like family. They are always available to help and go beyond and above for their customers. The conference rooms are modern and elegant, as well as all other common areas - always kept clean and up to date.

Not to mention best prices in the area for the quality of services provided and excellent location. I have recommended Summit to many friends and clients of mine and I will continue recommending them in the future.

Our real estate company has been a tenant in the building for many years. We love it here! The staff is very professional and responsive in meeting our needs. Excellent services and the staff are terrific! I found out about Summit over 25 years ago through a business associate who rented an office there and now I'm at Summit. I can tell you hands down this is the best value in Tampa Bay!
