Very helpful and top quality furniture with the best prices around town! Hands down the best customer service! We took a rug home and many fabric swatches to confirm the best color for our rooms. We also got a round mirror we love at a great price for the quality. Very heavy mirror that was a breeze to mount and looks unique.

T&C has an incredible selection in stock of great, high quality items with the capability to order other items as well. The personnel is knowledgeable and very helpful, and everything is extremely well priced. The delivery crew is just as helpful, on time, and careful in your home. I highly recommend them and will go back to them again in the future.

After being helped by a nice salesperson we bought a living room full of furniture and paid IN FULL, it took months to arrive which was expected. 6 months later sofa fabric was literally falling apart. I called them, and after weeks of waiting for their decision about what to do, they decided they would replace defective sectional, defective ottoman, and throw pillows with another fabric of our choosing at no cost to me.
We chose a fabric that we did not like as much, but was a similar color. Months later the sectional arrived with wrong color legs, wrong throw pillows, and no ottoman. Later the ottoman was delivered in same original defective fabric. We went and picked up the third ottoman in correct replacement fabric. There were other issues, but finally after about a year, everything was corrected at no cost to us and we were reasonably happy, UNTIL TODAY.
More than a year after we were finally satisfied, I got a second call wrongly telling me that I owed them money and after I explained that we don't owe them anything, and that I even spent money driving back and forth to the store trying to get the defective fabric issue all straight, the lady smarted off to me about how many times the delivery truck came to my house.
I would have preferred if my sofa had just been made with durable fabric to begin with ma'am. I assure you with a house full of children and one of them with special needs, the last thing I wanted (or had time for) was to have to drive 50 miles to pick out new fabric and arrange for all the phone calls and deliveries, baby sitters, and trips back to Baton Rouge. I had always been polite and understanding and despite everything, I would not have left a negative review until the way I was treated today.
