Excellent customer service and a great selection of Herman Miller discount furniture and accessories.

Came in to upgrade my office chair and knew exactly which ones I wanted to look at. I asked for a chair by name but was corrected on my pronunciation of the design, fair enough. Despite spelling out the chair name "Celle" correctly I was told "it stars with a C, not an S". Maybe I mumbled? Maybe I wasn't talking loud enough but I had spelled it out as listed.

As far as chairs and furniture, everything is in gently used to great condition. I was free to try chairs out and try out all of the adjustments. Great stock, snobby staff. They'll at least take you to what you're looking for.

The best Herman Miller buys I've ever found. and I intentionally seek out Herman Miller, Knoll and Steelcase designs. Of course, this is the company's liquidation store. so it's all newly produced stuff. but, HM is world known for excellent High Design! The best ergonomic chair designs period. when you find it here. it's as cheap as you'll ever see them.

I was looking for a specific home office chair and they had gotten the one in their inventory just a day or so prior my inquiry. I really liked their customer service and their willingness to work with me on the price for the chair. Highly recommend this place to anyone who's looking to get Herman Miller office furniture and save some good $ on the purchase.

I've been looking for a nice chair ever since my work started having us work remotely 2X per week for a few years now. Now that the state has been on lockdown for a while- we've all been working remotely the whole time. I knew I needed to invest because I was getting bad back pain. Working with the Office Outlet- The Company Store was a very easy and streamlined process.

I wanted a specific chair and Julie was very quick to respond to emails and include photos and details of available fabrics and frame configurations. I highly recommend the Office Outlet if you're looking for an office chair that is known to last Just a side note- even looking at the Herman Miller official website I found the best they could offer was 15% off and free shipping (they have a 7 week shipping delay as well)! Really disappointed in my experience and purchase at Office Outlet in Zeeland. I purchased a Magis dining table 6 months ago. 3 weeks ago a bunch of bubbles started forming on top of table where a water glass was. There's also a crack on edge where top is failing. The table has a hard plastic top, it's like Formica. They said it's high pressure laminate.

How could a water glass do this? I emailed the store and they didn't know why, they didn't want to help, said no refunds, no returns, no warranty. They wouldn't pass along manufactures contact information. In fact, they completely blew me off after my last message almost 2 weeks ago, after they said they could try to find similar size top and charge me for it. The table was $1,000, retails at $1,800. Lasted 6 months :

Bought an Embody chair for half the price of new, build date was only two months old and it still had the tags. Love the chair and the gentleman who helped me look at them was great and informative! I love Herman Miller's style, but can't afford a lot of the furniture at full price. This outlet is amazing. You can get discounts on iconic furniture, and also get crazy deals on furniture, decor and other things that were lightly used in their factory. Wandering the many rooms is a fun way to spend a couple of hours.

The opportunities to get high quality fabric for $2.50 a yard are few and far between. That part was great. However, on my first visit, I stopped in about an hour after they opened and wandered around for 10 minutes, in clear view of employees without them offering to help. When they did direct me to the fabric they were very curt, like I was getting in their way asking for help finding something in a place where you're never sure if the room is a customer area or a back room you should stay out of. The checkout process was the same. I may come back for more fabric, but I'm hoping service is much more helpful and welcoming when I do!
