One employee showed up to site complaining that it was going to rain, and that he didn't want to work in the conditions; even though he was working indoors in a climate controlled environment. Then driver of truck asked at 3pm if we would be done by 7pm, I responded that we would leave when the project was completed. Driver then called their dispatch to tell them he had a family emergency and had to leave at 7pm.
This has now extended this project by another day due to unprofessionalism. The other crew I have been working all week has had positive attitudes and will do whatever is needed to get the job done regardless of finish time.
