Terrible craftsmanship! The paint/stain started falling off after 5 months of use. We purchased the table from Conn's and they won't even back the product. In fact the service tech said this was not an isolated issue. He has seen this happen on other customers tables. The table is called "Magnolia Dining Collection Table" at Conn's

Poor product. Don't buy their products! I bought the 6 piece Melbourne Pub with bench and had issues with it from the start. The top of the table leaves residual marks that can't be cleaned off. The wood on the chairs also get a knick in the area where it meets the table. I bought what I thought was a quality dinette pub only to have stains and knicks within a few days of owning it. Morris declined my refund since it was past 3 days. I spent $1500 for a poor product.

The bed I bought for my grandson is useless as it only has 3 supporting slats to hold the mattress. I have tried to find a way of contacting Holland house with no success. I purchased the bed from Steinhaffels and they to were full of excuses as to why the bed is sold incomplete. Do not buy the summer breeze bed if you want to use it for anything other than a floor display.

We have 2 of the 5865-T glider/ottoman combos. The ball bearings failed within the first year on the first one. The dealer quickly replaced them with a new base. Apparently the bearings are so hard to replace it is easier to buy the base (I tried to take ours apart and was not able to do so.) The bearings on the second 5865-T have now failed. We have been waiting for over 3 months to receive a replacement from the dealer.
As of a month ago it was "in transit" from the manufacturer but has never been received. A company that stands behind their guarantee should have an easy method to have their product serviced or repaired. a visit to their web site provides nothing as a way to reach them for service. We love the look and the fabric has held up great but the bearings that are advertised as being good for a life-time aren't so great. I can't speak to any of their other products.
