Arenson started in 1983, and has grown to become one of the largest contract furniture dealers in the Knoll network. We believe that service is in the details. Arenson Office Furnishings is a pretty looking business on the outside. But on the inside it's a full on garbage company. Full of nepotism and lazy entitled executive officers abusing staff. My personal favorite is how the CEO makes the staff use their own money to buy him lunch and snacks. And then doesn't reimburse them. This company is everything that's wrong with the way companies abuse staff while executive officers line their pocket. I would stay away and wait for the inevitable Dept. of Labor investigation.

I had a great experience with Arenson. I had to order some chairs for a meeting at our office. I spoke with Bob and he was very helpful. He even made the excellent recommendation of getting the chairs delivered a day early to avoid the pending snowstorm at no extra cost. This worked out great. The chairs arrived and they were all clean. I thought I ordered all plastic chairs, but they had padded seats! Bonus!
And then a very nice woman named Lisa called me to schedule a pick-up for the following day. Everything ran smoothly and as planned. I'm very happy with the whole transaction.
