Don just delivered our sectional sofa, built to our specifications--from length to finish of the wood frame to upholstery fabric to firmness of the cushions to additional strengthening and height of the back--and we could not be more pleased. The entire experience with Comfy1 has been great: totally personalized service every step of the way, with excellent communication and follow up.
After buying sofas every 2-4 years due to the abuse from two dogs and my XL husband, I fully expect that this will be the last sofa we will ever need to buy. The only down side: now we have to paint the living room room so it looks as good as the new sofa! I highly recommend Comfy1.

BEWARE: With the full participation and assistance of Comfy1 owner Don M, we created a custom order for an expensive couch. We did this all at a considerable distance (approx. 1,000 miles) and paid a whole lot in shipping to do so. It turned out that the back of the couch was manufactured with a defective piece of wood that Don M tried cover up with tinted wood putty.
After only a year and a half, the wood cracked right along all those places where there had been wood putty. When we contacted Comfy1 to address this issue, Don M first tried to tell us that we hadn't bought the couch from them! After we sent him a scan of our completed order, and we had caught him out, the situation really went off the rails. He showed himself to be a first class jerk and a complete sleaze, refusing to honor any part of his supposed warranty.
