My brother referred me to this company and he is EXTREMELY hard to please. I am Active Duty Military and just got stationed at Luke AFB with my wife and new baby. We just got a house and we are getting a pool table from my parents, I called the shop for a quote to move the table, level it, and get new felt. I spoke with Rick and he was amazing, he had me send him a picture of the table and got back to me right away with the upmost professionalism and integrity.

I did price quotes and eventually went with a different company solely on price because of the new baby and new home, but my wife and I will 100% come here first for any future entertainment upgrades once we get a little more settled. Thanks again Rick!

Rick was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to and purchase from. Being in his showroom you can get the feeling that he loves what he does and all the nostalgic games and artifacts are fun to look at. The delivery was quite professional and fast. I love this shop! They have amazing prices and you can buy new or used! Forget trusting random people dumping their table. Buy here and depending on location, they will transport and set it up for you! We bought a used one and it came with brand new felt and bumpers, a triangle, diamond, a set of balls AND brushes! They even give you some chalk that matches the color of the felt you pick!

Out ended up being cheaper in the long run and an easy, fun experience as opposed to. Well if you've ever had to none a pool table on your own, you know. Pick up some accessories while your there!

The whole experience was beyond amazing! We went in just looking to get ideas on pricing and styles, we left pool tables owners because Rick was so patient and took time to explain differences and specifics. The 2 guys that came to install it were just as patient with answering questions and stepping over dogs. They were precise, detailed, quick and very in sync with what the other was doing to get the job done properly and quickly. Just moved to AZ and bought a house with a game room where we envisioned a pool table. Problem was we never owned a pool table or know anyone that has one. Thank goodness we ended up at Billiard Gallery. Rick was great - taking us through the paces and working within our budget. Giving us the options, but never forcing anything on us. There were a few hiccups due to Covid, but he kept us informed along the way. We're so happy with our purchase.

My wife and I planned to visit a list of businesses selling tables and this was our first. It ended up being the only one. Andy showed us around the showroom and answered all our questions for about an hour. Super nice guy. We hemmed and hawed over felt color, which table, cue upgrades, and were it not for COVID I'd say he held our hands the whole way. Let's call it a 6 foot air-hand hold.

The tables come with all you need to get started and installation is included in the price. Some (including ours), come with some included upgrades. Rick was also very helpful finalizing all we needed and had the table installed the day after we bought it! Thanks for everything guys! Once life is normal and we've had a chance to improve our game, drinks are waiting for you along with a game.

I got new cloth, new bumpers and new pockets from Rick at Billiard Gallery. Rick used a crew with a temporary helper he did not normally use. The table was level but the center section of the slate was higher than the end sections, which created a ridge between the sections. I text Rick and we tried to figure it out for a month. I live 90 miles from Gallery and Rick told me told me his crew did not have time to back come out and agreed to pay another service to make the repair.

The other crew fixed the issue and Rick paid the bill in full. Rick feels customer service is very important to his business. I would recommend Rick, especially for anyone in the Phoenix and surrounding area.

I worked with Rick to get a pool table. He was very knowledgeable and REALLY worked with me. He made sure to take his time and answer any and all the questions I had in a way that I would understand as this is my first table. Super knowledgeable, patient, and professional gentleman! We scheduled an appointment for his guys, T and Jack, to come deliver and set up the table.

The guys were VERY professional in everything they did. Rick came along with them and made sure everything was set up as needed and answered any final questions I may have had. I was delayed in writing this review, but have had the table about 2 weeks now and couldn't be happier! The whole family really enjoys having the table and I am able to teach the kids a little about geometry.

Worked with this company to get my pool table moved, re-bumpered, and re-felted. They said they'd be there between 9-10 and they arrived right on time at 9 o'clock. I chose Billiard Gallery because I believe you get better service from a small business. Rick treats you like you like your family. I chose the King Harod 8' Pool Table because of style and quality. The table was very reasonably priced as well. The table is very flat and level, shoots well and I could find no flaws. After ordering my table Rick kept me well informed of installation.

His crew T and Jack were both knowledgeable, polite. Not once did I have to get up and shut the door to keep the refrigeration in the house. That has never happened before. They were both considerate of their customer. I love the table I chose and do highly recommend Billiard Gallery to everyone. For both product and service. Rick was excellent to deal with! We were looking for a pool table for our soon-to-be short-term vacation rental. He took the time to listen to our needs/wants and found us a pool table within our budget. We looked at tables at numerous other places but Rick's customer service set him apart from the rest. He was able to deliver our pool table ahead of schedule and his delivery team is top notch, as well. I highly recommend all to get in touch with this company for all their pool table needs.

These Guys were great! I had called a few places to get prices and feedback on moving and setting up a used table that I had purchased. I was concerned about making sure that the job got done properly so I wasn't going to just go with the lowest price that I could find. I wanted the job done right. Rick has the experience and professionalism that I was looking for and his price came out to half of what another place wanted to charge me!

He was easy to deal with and his two guys that showed up "T" and Jack were very efficient and thorough with their work. I own and operate a classic car shop so I'm very particular about what I do and these guys were impressive. As far as the one star that was given by Aaron B. - he is way off. The guys had all of the tools that they needed and my table is perfectly level - I checked it. Maybe Aaron has a friend at another billiard company and that's why he wrote the bogus review. Either that or he's just a whiner.

I could not be happier with my purchase of my new pool table! From the initial phone call to his amazing delivery crew Rick made this process so easy. The same table was listed for several hundred dollars more at another pool table store here in town. My table was delivered the very next day! I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase a table! We are so happy we choose Billiard Gallery

Had them re-felt my pool table. They offer a wide variety of colors. The guys who did the work were friendly, professional and efficient. The price was in line with other shops that I received quotes from. They had a little felt left over so left me a piece to recover my cue rack so it matched the table. Very happy with the service.

I had the guys at the Billiard Gallery move my table, put on new rails and re-felt the table. Upon first glance it all seemed fine. I tipped both the installers as I was impressed with how quickly they were able to get everything done. After playing on the table I noticed a few problems, the spacing on the rails weren't even, there were varying gaps where they would meet up, there were also gaps on some of the rails where they met up with the table.

It also felt like there were particles under the felt in a couple of spots. And then of course the table settled and it was no longer true, it would drift to one side. I had them come back out, and showed them the number of different issues I was noticing with my install. I kid you not, the installer said in his words exactly "how are you noticing all of this stuff?".

My concern wasn't that I was noticing all of this stuff, but that it went completely unnoticed by you, the "professional". He then continued to go around the table and pointing out different things saying it was basically the "table's fault". Saying that the rails weren't meeting up with the slate perfectly because they had warped. Granted the table is older, but the rails were not warped before they moved it.

They said the particles were because it was the cheaper felt, and if you don't want that you have to pay more. The only thing he did say I was correct about was the table no longer being level. They fixed that, and left immediately. The installer's overall tone was that he seemed bothered by being there. Now as I mentioned the table never had any issues with being warped in any way before. after he left and I decided to crawl under the table and inspect further I found that 2 different rails were missing 1 of the 3 nuts used to clamp them to the table.

I called them and was offered no further assistance, in fact Rick just seemed to quickly try to jump on board with defending his installer before even letting me finish telling him bolts were missing on my table. This was absolutely terrible work, I am very dissatisfied considering this was not a cheap process. This is something they do every day, it's a precise line of work. If you don't do a good job, your comment shouldn't be "how are you noticing this stuff?". Do yourself a favor, steer clear of these guys.

I had requested a quote from this company and by email and phone call they made the process simple, quick, and easy. My wife over saw the actual moving process and they were beyond curtious, high level of knowledge and know how, profesional and friendly. The move time from one end of the valley to the other was with-in a few hours from start to finish! Bottom line for the price (realy well priced and worth it) and process WORTH EVERY PENNY! I will be using these guys for now on!

Keith W. is absolutely right. Efficient, friendly and an Excellent job done with superior quality materials at a very reasonable price. We called someone else first to get this job done but they did not seem to be too interested in answering some very simple questions my husband had. So, they came in yesterday to re-felt my husband's antique pool table. Very pleased with the quality of work they have performed as we as their personality, efficiency, needless to say, and the price we paid. Thank you so much!

Their prices are the very best that I have found in the valley, bar none. If you have any questions they will walk you through the whole process and they have a ton of knowledge.
