The Internet Archive, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, is building a digital library of Internet sites and other cultural artifacts in digital form. Like a paper library, we provide free access to researchers, historians, scholars, people with print disabilities, and the general public. Our mission is to provide Universal Access to All Knowledge. We began in 1996 by archiving the Internet itself, a medium that was just beginning to grow in use. Like newspapers, the content published on the web was ephemeral - but unlike newspapers, no one was saving it.

Prices are outrageous. $3,000 for things like a table or $2,500 for a bureau and these are sale prices at their going of business sale. A saleswoman who approached us explained that they are like the Mercedes of furniture. With prices like that it's no wonder they're going out of business. No one can afford anything.

Only giving 2 stars right now. Loved the sectional I got on their "Going out of Business" sale. I never would have paid the regular price for it, but felt good with the sales price as it's nice. They told me I'd be getting one from the warehouse not the floor sample, so better. But it was delivered with the staples pulled loose on the back. That was a week ago and the person who is supposed to fix it has yet to call me.
When I called Welling Ripley they were quick to say the guy knew the issues and was going to call me.and they close their doors in 10 days. So buyer beware at this point. I'll change my rating if they actually follow through and come fix it.

Ok I know they are closing, so my advice is just close. I actually found a table I wanted to buy, I had cash, but could not get anyone to help me. After I was told several times to hold on as they found someone to help me, I gave up and left. What was really crazy is several sales people saw me and said hello to me but would not help me because the table I wanted had their sales rotation checksheet on it.
So each time someone new walked in the sales people would run over to find out who was next on the list. All the time they had a sale right there, me, but they ignored me. So just close already.
