Nigbur's Fine Furniture

Went in to shop for new living room furniture, found a set that we loved. However, the price was outrageous! $10,500 originally and $5,500 with their sale prices. I found the EXACT set for $4,500 original price. Exact same color, fabric, and name. Goes to show you how high their mark up is on their items. The salesman was less then professional as well.

I have never been to this store, and I would never go there. The name of it bothers me. Nigburs sounds awfully like a racial slur. You guys could have chose any other name.

Had great service picking out and purchasing my new mattress. However when I called 7 months later complaining about the mattress and the pain I was having from it, the response I got was "well, you'll have to find a new way to sleep". I know the mattress's performance and warranties aren't their issue, but I just found it rude.

Our experience was heightened by Karen, a designer who worked very hard for us. She came to our home, and all was accomplished at the rate I was comfortable. In my case, we were ready quickly, and I appreciated the efficiency. Karen also managed to be engaging and friendly and knowledgeable and frank and professional and fun, somehow all at the same time. Importantly, we are going to enjoy some beautiful furnishings, and we're quite excited.

The store is high end, and while no one loves to spend their money, we are certain we'll have quality products that will last a very, very long time. Thank you for being so helpful, Karen. Both my husband and I had a very positive experience at your store.
