Furniture Buy Consignment

What a fun shop! If you cannot find something here I'd be surprised. Lots of treasures and surprises. We found a little bookcase in the back corner that had seen better days but with a little glue and a strategically placed display item, it's perfect! The price was just the amount we wanted to spend. We will be back soon!

I have done business with this store for many years. Consigned things and bought many things. This is a top notch consignment store! Employees are ALWAYS polite and helpful.

I would give them negative stars if I could. Do not do business with this company! Their customer service is atrocious. A check that they sent me was stolen somewhere in rout to me in January. It never made it to me, and I have been trying to get it resolved for 5 months. I have a locked mailbox so there is no way it could have been stolen out of my mailbox.

I reported the missing check multiple times and had they put a stop payment on it when I first contacted them and asked them to do it, the check would never have been cashed. It cleared their bank well after my first phone calls. The owners of the company have done nothing even after I have left message after message requesting that they call me. At this point it is about the principal of them not taking care of their customers.

They are making me work with their bank to get it resolved because their accounting person does not have a clue what to do. Their bank has not been much better but mostly it is because I am not their client. Their client is Furniture Buy Consignment. I even called their bank fraud department, asked them what needed to be done, sent the information to the accounting person and she still could not follow the process.

The bank continues to tell me that the owners of the company need to be working with them to resolve it, but they will not do it. It is maddening. I will never do business with this company again and I will tell everyone I know not to as well. It looks like I am going to have to take them to small claims court.

This is a diamond in the Raw! Love the set up. Love the staff. LOVE the Selections. I would recommend this place. I was really leary of consignment shop but this on is top notch. I would buy from there again. I have gotten quite a few compliments on this dining table and chairs. Once again I love it.

Furniture buy consignment store I was only able to look through the window because the day that I went the store was closed but from looking through the window they have items from estate sales and also other items that are on consignment these items or expensive items that are very well have a high quality items at a good price so you really have to go in and see if the variety is extranomical items they have

I walked in and they had just received the chair I purchased. I looked it up online and what I paid at this consignment shop saved me $400! I would have paid $500 - $600 for this chair. They charged me $199 before taxes! There is nothing wrong with this chair. It is in perfect condition. Aside from the chair purchase, they always have nice things. Their prices are unbeatable! Check them out for yourself.

I have been to the different locations & all are wonderfully decorated with quality furniture & home decor. I have made several trips as we were redecorating our home & have made more improvements over the past 6 months. I have purchased MANY MANY things from here & have always had wonderful help from the attentive staff! Would definitely recommend anyone looking for stylish pieces to check out this store.

Always great finds at this location. Wish I had a bigger house! Designer and antique pieces. Good smalls and deco items. High quality original art. Current sale on rugs. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful!
