I decided to give this business a second chance. I needed a piece of glass for a wood stove. The girl on the phone did not have the answer to my question. She took down my number to call me after asking the guys in the back. That call never came so I went to the store. I should have learned my lesson after the first time visiting this store. The man I spoke to was knowledgable and friendly but I just ordered what I need online for half the price. Customer service needs improvement. If you say you will call back I will expect it.

I've called for a month now trying to get someone to check and measure the chimney for an electric vent and I get a call and says they will schedule me for an appointment. Waited and waited and nothing. I can't remember the number of calls I've made I know a lot. So I'm going to find another company who will be interested doing business with us.

About 15 years ago we bought a wood-burning stove from them and had them install it. They did a super job at that time. Now I need some maintenance on the collar around the stove pipe on the roof of the house. I called them and they as true to their service creed for customers which is good stepped up. They are contacting someone that can solve my problem and rectify the situation. Not a bit surprised because everything has been top notch that they have done over the years
