I was a little nervous to order furniture through Amazon but I would definitely use Discovery World again. Everything was packed nicely and very securely, instructions were clear, and my child's new bed is beautiful and very sturdy. Outstanding customer service! Troy was absolutely wonderful! I had a last minute schedule change and he got my delivery handled with no stress and excellent communication.

We purchased Captains bookcase bed with trundle. We had an issue with our order and we contacted customer service. They helped us to resolve the problem. Especially, Troy from e-commerce department went above and beyond to help us. After our experience with Discovery World Furniture Customer Service, we definitely trust their support and come back to buy more stuffs.

I bought Williamson Twin Over Twin bunk bed about 10 months ago and I have been having issues with it just after 5 months. I have been too busy to call but today I decided to call Wayfair where I purchased the bed from to explain the problem but they instead referred me to the manufacturer directly. The number on the website is a local number and its charging me to call the US.
I am wondering if your customers outside the US have an issue with your product, how do they contact you? I wished I had made a local purchase, it would have been easier to reach them. The bed is of a cheap quality and I will have to buy a durable probably.

Terrible terrible terrible customer service! I hate that I had to even give them one star! I called in and spoke to someone by the name of Lisa in regards to getting replacement screws for bunk beds that we purchased and she didn't seem to be very educated on the company except for me to visit their website. There's no need for the company to even have an e-mail because I've reached out to them three times within the past 3 weeks and still have not heard back from them.
First she informed me that they do not sell to the public and then she stated that I could order what I needed from the website. She couldn't give me an answer on shipping or anything. So basically I would order from their website and then just impatiently wait for my parts to arrive (whenever that would be; as she didn't know a time frame)! Not to mention that the furniture isn't worth it.
We've only had the set for less than 2 years and it already has problems! Definitely will not be spending any money with this company and I'll also be contacting the furniture store that I purchased it from to inform them of the terrible service they have offered! I guess that's probably why they no longer have it in their showroom!

My daughter loves it! The chest came in one box, and well protected. The bed was very easy to assemble, and had clear instructions. It took me less than 2 hours. Both are made well and I anticipate a long life out of them. I have already recommended this to some of my other double daughter daddy friends.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, EVEN AT HALF OF WHAT THEY CHARGE. Where do I start, my son needed a new bed and we are trying to sell our house so we wanted something decent, not a 100 dollar bed off of Craigslist. So I found this 800 dollar bed on amazon and my son loved it. So bought the bed and waited 2.5 weeks for it to be delivered. It was delivered and the box was in not perfect but good shape.
I unpacked the bed and the the main side board and the bed slates were broken badly. The slats were broken so bade pieces were missing off the end. The funny thing is the missing pieces were not in the box, kinda suggests the item was broken before it was packed. So I contact discovery furniture and they say they cant do anything for me and tell me to call amazon. Called amazon and as always received good customer service, they told me I would have to buy the replacement parts from discovery and amazon would reimburse me.
So after haggling with discovery world furniture's customer service for several days I finally got them to ship me a replacement piece. You guessed it due to the incompetence of the packer/quality control, low quality wood? It arrived damaged and again the box was in good shape. So I sent them another email (number 15 by now) and they stated they would get another one in the mail immediately (I mean they couldn't blame amazon this time). Greg assured me they would pack this one better to assure it arrived undamaged. WRONG.
It arrived today and was broken also, this box actually had some damage, but if they would pack with Styrofoam it shouldn't be a problem. So I think I can make one good side board out of the 3 I have now, because I am done dealing with this incompetent company

I purchased a bunk bed for my two children in 2012.that same bed is still being used and has been through so much with our family. It is still in perfect condition, even after two growing children have used it for 7 years! It has had sleep overs, been made into a tent to keep them safe from monsters, been decorated for birthdays and holidays and has been lived in hard.and it's still going strong. We love our bunk bed, and highly recommend it for growing families.
