I have always been completely satisfied with purchases from Gilmore Furniture. The owner, Steve, has fantastic customer service skills and always goes above and beyond for all of your needs. He really cares!

Love Gilmore Furniture, great local business. We've bought many items there over the years. They sell quality products that last. We recently went in to find a replacement for our living room set that we bought at Gilmore in the mid-90's. Friendly no-pressure sales staff listened to what we wanted, and brought us to just what we were looking for. Delivery staff was great.

It was a rainy day, and they thought to put down moving blankets outside on the porch to dry their feet on the way in. Very pleased with the buying experience, and the whole family loves the new furniture.

I can't say enough about this furniture store, I will begin with the fact that I purchased my bedroom set from Steve 25 yrs ago and I was so pleased with it! Now I just moved into my apartment and bought more furniture from him and I will continue to buy from him, his staff, Debbie your awesome for putting up with me, the delivery guys as well, lol! and last but not least Steve, you are the most kind, generous, understanding human being I have ever met I feel like family when I come into gilmore, because that's how they make you feel!

My neighbors commented on how beautiful my sectional was and I told them that I bought it from gilmore and to ask for Steve! thank you again, btw I'm coming back for the bedroom set as well!

What a terrific experience! We walked in and saw exactly what we wanted and needed. Steve and his team delivered the next day! His team not only delivered, but set up everything very nicely. Shopping at a store with professional guidance, not just a salesperson.

Steve, the owner, is a great guy and extremely helpful. If there's something that he doesn't have on the floor, he can order it up pretty quickly. We've bought most of our furniture from here over the years, and is our first call if we need something new.

Gilmore Furniture is a business that thrives on customer service. My husband and I ordered a beautiful breakfast set from Steve, but it unfortunately had a cosmetic defect from the manufacturer and had to be replaced. Steve did so immediately. It makes me sad because not many places operate like Gilmore anymore in that you are treated like family when you walk in the doors. Look no further when shopping for furniture, Gilmore is a top-notch store. Cannot wait to do business with Gilmore again.

Excellent customer service! My elderly father came in looking for a couch to replace the old one. He was able to get same day delivery and took very good care of my dad. We really appreciate it and we will only use Gilmore in the future.

If you're looking for furniture in RI, I've had the BEST experience with Steve and Debbie at Gilmore Furniture in Warwick. Amazing service with genuine people behind it. I picked out the perfect sofa chaise/trundle bed from them, and Steve and his guys not only delivered it to my Boston apartment, but also accommodated last minute requests from me with zero issue and efficiency.

Gilmore's has Fantastic name brand furniture. I've been buying furniture from Steve at Gilmore's for over 35yrs, he sells Top line quality furniture at great prices. Living room, dining room, bedroom sets, name Brand mattresses! At great prices.if there's something you don't see Steve can order it. If you want a particular fabric, there's hundreds of swatch fabrics to look at, and order to your liking.
