Never actually shopped in store, but love how your delivery drivers almost side swiped my car because they weren't paying attention to the road and instead their phone. After having to beep at them before they hit us, they decided it was then funny. And pointed and laughed. So I am so glad your company cares about public safety.

An interesting and eclectic selection of furniture, well worth the time to peruse regularly. Prices are for the most part reasonable and the pieces vary from week to week. Various members of the fam were able to find things for their specific living spaces and there are lots of things I could pick up to add to our other locales. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. Great place to pick up some really unique items as well as staples.

We found some good deals. We will be checking again for a couple more needed items. Their inventory is constantly changing so it's worth always checking in with them.

This is one of those unusual stores. You never know what you are going to find. What they have on the floor is nice and usually in good shape. They put their inventory on Facebook so you have an idea what is there. Some times it's gone by the time you get there. If you see something online you like, you better head over or it may be gone. The staff is friendly and helpful. They will help get your purchase into your vehicle, within limits. No king sized beds in mini cooper's. It's always fun to visit. Maybe we will see you there some time.

LOTS of stuff to look at. I found the array of furnishings and decor both the interesting and worth the time to hunt through. There's a variety of pieces to consider. Loved the variety and especially the used furniture. Purchased a piece for a remodel project. In my opinion, this is not the place to go for high end Italian pieces; this is the place to find a quality bargain. Sheridan, Thank you again for your support, Bill

Very disappointed with the staff I walked in and not a single person acknowledged me. Sure my hair is a little messy but I went in looking for a loveseat with a $500 budget, Instead I wasn't even acknowledged like I was a person. The upside is they do have a variety of different furniture but a little on the high side maybe to cover their new renovations to the building

Love this place for big and small items and they seem to constantly refresh their stock with new/interesting pieces. They also feature work by local artists, which I love. I recently purchased a piece by Ampersand and could not be happier with how it looks it my space.

I go to Platte Furniture at least once a week trying to find something to pick up and put on Instagram to show my followers but last week and today. them new young girls they have working in there, don't speak to you and if they do. it's through they teeth (all attitude) Where is all the old crew that would come help you pick things out, ask you if you need help? Them little attitudes at the main entrance and the bedroom furniture. can kick rocks! I'll be going elsewhere for a while.

The best furniture store in Springs with a great customer service. They recycle furniture and save you money at the same time, it's a win-win for everyone. One of the best things about this store, in this era of back-orders and shortages, is that what you see is what you're getting and it can be delivered really quickly. I needed a quick bedroom set up and they were able to deliver it the very next day. The delivery people were great and the delivery charge is reasonable. They have a good selection so you can find what you're looking for. They also have new mattresses and new bed frames so I was able to complete my purchase in one stop.

Prices are swell, but selection is limited to a category of "did your uncle get divorced and have to sell all his furniture".

Great mix of highly eclectic pieces with classic modern -- all in very good condition. Reasonable prices. Very friendly and helpful staff. I'd give Platte 5 stars, but their inventory is down from what it used to be (probably COVID related, not their fault).

Just moved to Colorado Springs and needed to furnish a house on the cheap, so used/seconds furniture was just what I needed. They rotate inventory pretty quickly so if you don't like what you see on one visit, just wait and go back the next week. They seem to bring in mostly mid to higher end goods so you can get some really great deals on stylish, decent quality furniture.

They also have a lot of decorative items including area rugs. There are some newer but more cheaply made furniture too to accommodate that price range; I found that useful as furniture for a kids /play room. I purchased 'delivery for a year' at a reasonable price and used this service, since I didn't find everything I wanted on the first visit.

Also for the little things, they pleasantly load up your vehicle. The delivery guys are very friendly and polite, arrive on-time and careful not to bump walls or furniture. They happily assemble as needed. Hate to share a good secret but Platte Furniture is awesome! Side note: there was usually a food truck next door for a post-shopping snack.bonus!

Excellent used furniture store! It's fairly well organized and has some great quality pieces! The prices are excellent compared to new furniture! It is still a bit pricey for pieces that are worn, but overall they are pretty fair. The show room is very large, so the selection is large! With it having many different pieces, you never know what you'll find. It's a toss up if they will have what you're looking for. They give you a bigger discount the longer the item has been on the floor. If there's something unique or special you are looking for, definitely come here first!

Customer service was friendly and helpful without being pushy. Their delivery was reasonably priced and arrived on-time, they were quick and protected all corners of my house. I would definitely shop at Platte Furniture again!

Platte Furniture is awesome. My husband and I just moved to Colorado Springs recently and had been looking for a couch among other furniture. After browsing other furniture stores for new furniture and failing to find something affordable and functional that we liked we tried Platte Furniture. Tish (staff who was at the front counter) and other staff were very welcoming and explained the pricing of items to us.

We the items in the store are mostly used with the exception of beds. The furniture in there look and feel new. My husband and I ended up purchasing a blue leather couch and some awesome barstools. The price was very fair and the pieces look perfect in our home. We opted for delivery and because of the virus had to settle for drop-off instead. The delivery guys were quick, professional, and handled our items with care. Overall great experience and we will be back to purchase more hopefully!

I love this place! We got a gorgeous display case for our crystal collection. There were so many other pieces of furniture in there that we wanted to take home. We'll be back in the future!

I'm moving to Colorado Springs soon and was in the market for new furniture as I'll be moving from a studio in Chicago to a 3 BR here. My realtor mentioned that this was a good place to find bargains on quality used furniture and was she ever right! This place is a treasure trove! Picked up four dining chairs, a recliner and a queen size bed frame for a whopping grand total of $325! Still in the market for a dining table and desk. You know I'll be back!

Prices are reasonable, decent selection. Store full of staff and not one person greeted me or asked if I needed any assistance. Not a great first impression. I spent about 10 minutes walking the entire store and stopping to look at things, still no one checked up on me. May return but not for the customer service.

This is the fourth piece of furniture we've bought from Platte. They always have such unique items that are hard to find anywhere else. The showroom is huge and the staff are all great!

I have browsed Platte Furniture many times, but just recently found a piece to purchase. The man working the sales floor/warehouse was extremely helpful and even switched a door panel around for us so we could see what the piece would look like. Originally this piece had mirrored door panels, and I must say, they were quite ugly. But after he switched them around for us, we were sold!

We bought a server/buffet and it fits perfectly with the rest of the dining room. We had been looking for something like this for 2 months. So glad we found it here. The delivery charge was very reasonable. All in all fantastic experience.

I've been here a few times, though a while ago. The customer service was good. It was an interesting selection. Its a pretty good place for their niche.

Cool store with some unique stuff. Prices seemed fair. I would bet the inventory changes frequently so it'd be a cool place to check out every few months.

Stopped in while in town. Prices are pretty reasonable and there is a wide mix of furniture styles. I really like mid century modern, and there were a few pieces there that looked promising, but none that worked for my current space. If I lived in the area I would probably frequent this place often to see what new stuff they get in. Also love that everyone gets discounted the longer it's been there.

You can probably get some great deals. Most of the stuff there had been cleaned an is ready to put straight into your house. A lot of stuff to look at, but not to overwhelming.

Love coming here & just perusing around the store. There are so many neat antiques and unique Furniture items. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Be sure to ask them about their "continuing discounts". The longer the furniture sits on their floor, they will take off 5% for each week that the item remains. They also offer military discounts on most items, except for brand new mattresses. Relax, take your time walking around. You may even want to do two laps because you will always find something you missed the first time around!

This store has a lot of cool vintage pieces and eclectic items. My main issue is that their prices are really high. In many cases they are higher than new furniture. The staff is really nice and helpful.

Not happy. I went to Platte Furniture yesterday with my parents. They were looking for a chair, and I happened to see a table that would work for my small dining room. I decided this morning that I wanted the table and called Platte Furniture. I was informed that it was still there. I offered to pay for it right then, putting it on a card. The gentleman I spoke with this me that we could pay for it when we picked it up.

I informed him that my parents would be in later this afternoon since I am currently recovering from surgery and it's difficult to get around. My parents went in at 145 pm to pick it up and were informed that they had sold it to someone else! Are you kidding me? The person I spoke with said to them, "yes, I spoke with her." This is NOT customer service.

I called back and talked with the same person and he said, "I'm sincerely sorry." What? How about taking my payment when I called in and putting a sold sign on the table? I had been interested in several pieces of furniture that I saw in the store yesterday, however, I will NEVER shop in this store and will tell everyone I know to do the same.
