I'm a local artist and I've been going to The Office Boss for just over a year now - could not recommend them enough! They've printed a variety of prints on different mediums and different sizes and always make sure everything is exactly how I envision it, affordable & timely. The staff is always super friendly and go above and beyond. Feel grateful to have an amazing local print shop that I love working with! I've shared some of the work they've done for me as well with specific descriptors below. Hope this points any fellow artists in the right direction!

I came to this place for package deliveries when the Amazon locker nearby was out of commission. It was a very good experience. The gentlemen working there are friendly, motivated and even appear to be happy at their job as well. If I needed any office/delivery/package services I wouldn't consider anyone else before them.

The staff here is very easy to work with and they waste no time in just getting things done. I really appreciate that, especially when it comes to mailing packages and letters. They are my go to place for any mail center needs.

Service was awesome so professional. Took the stress off needing the small things taken care of such as package delivery. Darren showed such professionalism and unbelievable service. Will recommend and use service again.

I wish I had come here so much sooner! It not only offers ALL the shipping options but has a surprisingly large selection of other things, including some really funny/great cards. Now I know! I have had to fax things lately (I guess pandemic?) so I was happy to learn this place charges WAY less than UPS does for faxing. Like, a reasonable/low amount.

Versus at least a dollar a page at UPS. I only paid half of that here. I also learned that this is a great place to get so many things: kids toys, puzzles, some tshirts, homemade masks, gift wrap, journals, some jewelry.it is definitely an eclectic selection and I like it. This is also a good place to get really nice Reno/Tahoe postcards, magnets, keychains, other stuff for tourist visitors or if you need some local goodies. It's nice though, not super cheesy (for the most part). Service was.not friendly but not rude. I wish it was either open earlier or stayed open a little later but I'll take what I can get and definitely be going back.

Came in trying to find a sign for "It's A Girl" they didn't have anything on the shelf. Jake hunted down an image, made me 2 copies and laminated them. Top notch customer service.

Printing quality was mediocre despite providing a high resolution file (colors were very saturated & 3 shades darker while some text came out pixelated) while the guy tried charging me $10 to have 4cm cut off on three pages while one page had black ink that was stained on the edge. Didn't seem apologetic at all to charge me $10 to slice off the edges. Go elsewhere, it would've been half the price.

These. Guys. SUCK! Not courteous. Not wearing masks. Not ever getting a penny from ME again! Avoid them like the plague!

Derek took fantastic care of us and our packages. We are thrilled work with him in the future.

I would give this office boss location 10/5 stars if I could. The CURRENT (spring '20, I want to say April is when he purchased the business) owner is just the most remarkable, intelligent, kind, and most importantly helpful beyond reasonable expectation young man anyone could ever hope to encounter when an office/ mail/. dare I say anything he would be an asset towards.

So that's who you are likely to encounter here. Then the services. above and beyond. I leave there wondering what I did to deserve just help. Tell me, where else can you go and know for fact you will have free access to packing tape AND envelopes boxes whatever. I guarantee you will be a customer for life just try it out. Packages scanned by carrier same time they would be at post office. And no, I did not know the owner prior nor was I asked to review. A++++

UPS drop off, lots of great office supplies, printer cartridges, gift mailers, & friendly people!

I needed to mail an Easter box to my partner and called TheOfficeBoss to make sure they were open during all of the Covid closures. The gentleman I spoke to was extremely nice and let me know their hours for both today and tomorrow. When I came in to mail my package I was excited to find a few little extras for my daughters Easter baskets which was awesome since shopping options are extremely limited at the moment.

The service was excellent and very thorough. Extra care was taken to ensure that my package was very well sealed and was going to the correct destination. Usually I mail things from The UPS Store but The OfficeBoss is the only place I will be going from now on.

Have had nothing but wonderful help and service from the folks here. Nothing short of 5 stars!

I'm sad I didn't catch his name, but the only employee there today was extremely helpful. He was running a one-man show and helping another customer with what seemed like a difficult fax situation, but still helped me immediately with a very large bike box drop off. He was very helpful in getting me on a computer to print shipping labels that I'd already had created, and then ~actually offered~ to tape them onto the packages for me.

I sell items on e-Bay and use the USPS most often, and they NEVER offer to give me tape. I've had them make me buy a roll of tape just to close a small box. Here at TheOfficeBoss Mail Center, I was treated like a valuable customer, and the attention, care, and cheerfulness of this employee was a great example of this business. I can't recommend this place enough, and I'll be coming back for ALL of my mailing needs.

A+++! The folks here were awesome! They were very helpful, beyond expectation. They did a great job of packing my antique child's rocking chair for shipment. They got the job done on time, as promised, and did a beautiful job. They offered me several options for shipping. I highly recommend this business.
