I ordered a Stow Away desk on 20 April, good desk, however upon retrieving my package and taking it out of the box, I noticed it was damaged and I immediately took pictures. The same day, and since that day, I have sent emails, and have left numerous messages on someone's voice mail claiming to be "away from their desk." Needless to say I am beyond annoyed and angry!
No return call, no return email, no NOTHING! Is this really how you conduct your business? Next step, BBB! Terrible business practices! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT utilize this company. Go to Office Depot or similar.
