We recently purchased a recliner from Gibson Furniture. My husband wanted something that looked great and could hold up as his daily recliner in his "Mans Room". We found the perfect chair at Gibson and sales staff was helpful but not pushy. They didn't have the chair in stock, but we were able to order it and it came earlier than expected and delivery was quick and efficient.

We did have an issue with the chair. It was an issue with the way the chair was made ( a defect) and although I had meant to call sooner, it was almost two weeks after we got the chair that I finally reached out to Gibson Furniture. Within two days, we had a replacement chair delivered. No muss, no fuss. I didn't have to call to email a bunch of times, it was handled quickly and seamlessly.

The replacement chair is perfect. Gibson Furniture has earned all of our future business. Not only did they make the buying process simple and not forced, but they also did the one thing most businesses are lacking these days - they demonstrated excellent customer service. Issues happen, problems occur - I believe how a business handles those issues, speaks volumes. I am delighted with my Gibson Furniture experience and will absolutely purchase from them again!

Great furniture, friendly team, they have delivery and assembly services (within certain miles). The associate was so professional, he attended my questions and offered different options, recommended some furnitures based on my needs and gave the right one.

We made several trips into the store to purchase items for our new condo, and at the end of it all, we really did feel like we belonged to the Gibson family! I have to take a moment to brag on Gibson furniture. especially Scott! If you have a furniture need please go to Gibson Furniture! Over the years I have bought 4 couches (for me and my kids no I don't redecorate that much ), 2 recliners, bunk beds, mattresses etc. anyway they are always friendly, great prices and quick delivery. Well the last couch I bought for myself. a recliner on one end broke. Scott came out to look at it, could tell there was a defect, reached out to the manufacturer and is making it right!

Not once did I get the run around, never did I get made to feel as I did something wrong. it was 100% professional friendly service! THANK YOU GIBSON FURNITURE! I'll never go anywhere else!

We came in to look at a mattress set, bed frame, and sectional. The salesman was nice, not pushy, and very helpful. We ended up leaving with everything purchased weve been looking for for over two months for around $3600! We bought the Ashley furniture sectional for $200+ less than the actual Ashley Home Furniture store AND Gibson's is delivering it for free. The staff is very knowledgeable. Refreshing experience.

Incredibly friendly folks, great selection, sturdy, high quality furniture. We bought a king size bed with box spring and mattress set and we are in heaven. Delivery was free and they set it up for us quickly and with care. The delivery men were polite and got the job done fast. I will definitely be back!

This was the greatest furniture experience we have ever had. Customer service was suppurb. They left me alone until I was comfortable to ask questions about what I liked. They offered to deliver & had cute housing accessories without being over-powering. Prices were reasonable, competitive & quality superb. I love being told where in the US something was made!
