Jon Blackwood grew up around fine furniture, and he learned the art of customer service and satisfaction from his father, who owned a furniture store in Goshen, Indiana. In 1991, Jon and his wife Jill purchased an 8,000-square-foot building in Warsaw, Indiana-and JB's Furniture was born. Today, JB's Furniture is a 36,000-square-foot showroom full of quality furniture and reasonable prices. It has been built on the foundation of going the extra mile for customers, and employees make customer trust their number-one priority.

Bought new Flexsteel sofa and 2 swivel chairs. Can't say enough of how much I love them! High quality furniture and they look great in our living room. Jennifer at the store was super helpful and the guys that delivered it were very patient moving things around till I was satisfied. I really appreciated it because the sofa is super heavy and they moved it several times! This is not the first piece of furniture I've gotten from them and won't be the last! Very satisfied

My mom and I stopped in to window shop for her new home. We had never been to JB but had found it through a Google search. Jill (one of owners) welcomed us in, had very extensive knowledge of the product lines the store carried, was extremely helpful, and gave us a great balance of hands on help and then distance so we could walk around and shop at our leisure. We were here on a great day as mom got a great deal on quality furniture. Everyone we encountered was very friendly, no pressure. It was a very nice experience!
