Went on a Saturday to look at sectionals and dining tables. As soon as we walked in Caroline greeted us with a friendly smile. She was really informative and took the time to ask all the right questions like what colors we were looking into, what colors were our floors how big was our living area etc. Over all she made this a really good experience. And to top it off they actually delivered the next day! Delivered guys were also great and fast!

4 years ago I purchased a very nice power recliner from Houston's. It was quite an expensive chair. Since it was a power recliner and had 4 motors I opted for their warranty which also was expensive at $139. At the end of November I called Houston to let them know that the lift mechanism for the foot rest had broken. It was December 8th before the warranty company called me for the details and the model number.
I've called them multiple times. They keep promising to get the chair fixed. They once claimed that someone had been here to look at the chair. That was not true. Today nearly 90 days later they called to say that they would pick the chair up on Sunday and return it to following Sunday. I told him to forget it, I would fix it myself as the required parts are available through Amazon with 2 days shipping.

Just a quick rave for Houston's Yuma Furniture. I bought a sectional couch that I absolutely loved in the store, Daniel Romero worked with me and was very polite and knowledgeable. Was quoted a delivery after the new year which was fine, I understand the shipping the delays. It came in early and was delivered. After sitting on it for a day or so I realized it wasn't completely what I wanted there was a loose board under the chaise and a few pillows weren't full.
After speaking with Jessica Arredondo in the warehouse she took care of everything, got pictures taken, had me come in and pick something else, got my stuff swapped out that same week, she made the process seamless. Coming back in we actually upgraded with La-Z-Boy and Caroline was amazing. She looked at pictures of my living room and helped me with the best option.
Even helped me pick out a rug. Thank you Daniel, Caroline, and Jessica at Houston's for making such a stressful situation easy. To the manager/owner at Houston's, I hope your taking good care of these employees, they are doing your store a great service. Thank you Jen Happy Customer

Worse service I have experienced! I order a sectional and when they delivered it, it was only half of it i called them and took them 2 days to bring second piece even though they had it at the warehouse. I had also purchased a dining table and chairs they were going to order the extra chair and call me as soon it arrived never got a call or update from them, i called 2 months later and they said they had a truck that had arrived with new merchandise and they would call if my order was there.
I never got a call so i called again until they said that my chair was in the truck. Chair was deliver after 2 months and there was a piece missing i called and all they said was we do not have the piece in store and we have to order and it will take a few weeks now i have a broken chair in my garage. Never buying from this place again!

My experience at Houston's Furniture was great! Their representatives are very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Our trip to Yuma from El Centro was well worth it. Caroline, La-Z-Boy Representative, was able to answer all our questions and address any concerns regarding our sofas. Also Albert Gutierrez, Manager was very helpful and accommodating.

This store was the worst shopping experience I've ever had. We ordered furniture for 2 rooms at the end of January. We were told it would take 8 to 10 weeks to get it. We received the bedroom furniture and 2 pieces were broken. They did however magically have the replacements at the store. They delivered them the next day. Meanwhile we contacted the store either by phone or going in at least once a week.
We were told it should be in any day. We found out they had ordered the wrong sofa bed. Finally in April we were able to speak to the manager of Houston's/Ashley furniture, a associate said the Ashley store had the one we ordered. The manager said if we came in to Ashley's that he had a more expensive sofa that he would give us for compensation of the other sofa bed. So finally on April the 18th we received all the furniture. It only took 3 months to get.
