I bought this product during the holidays at Union square. I unwrapped it when I get home. I was disappointed with the roughness of the design on the outside. It was definitely made by amateurs. It's not the real Turkish lamp. I called the company left a message and I guess that is that. But I'm going to wait for them to come back to Union square next year.

I have my receipt and I will return the lamp or at least change it. If you buy the lamp check it thoroughly to make sure it doesn't have sharp edges on the outside. It's really not worth all that money.

Cheap product which will crack/ break at the slightest pressure. I contacted them directly over the phone and then was directed to their "support" email. It has been weeks and I have yet to receive a response. If you're going to run a business, at least care about your customers.

Good product, terrible customer service. I understand that it's not Tribal Home's fault that Fed Ex didn't deliver in time; however, I should not have to call multiple times over the course of three weeks to find out what is going on with my delivery. Atop that, when I was told that I would receive a call back, I never heard back. Womp.

Loved their winter market shop at Union Square. Now I want to buy some more stuff from them but their website is a hilarious joke. There is a 'rental' section on their website which says 'call for price'. but NOWHERE on their website is an address, phone number, ANYTHING. No Contact Information Whatsoever which, for an ecommerce website has GOT TO BE a violation of federal commercial law.

I thought I had bought two ottomans from Tribal Home. I talked to a nice man over the phone. Now, I cannot contact this business by phone or email. I can't even find out if they are in business. Too bad, the merchandise looked so good on line.

Nice looking but good luck with wiring and craftsmanship. Don't rely on them after they close up at Union Square Holiday Market. Very, very difficult to reach by website, phone and email. Had problems since end of Dec, 2013. It is March 23rd, 2014. I am still awaiting resolution!
