Today, we had the absolute pleasure of working with Tequila to find new furniture for my parent's den/family room. From the moment we walked in, she was polite & considerate - from finding a wheelchair so my mother could shop with more ease & less discomfort to patiently walking us through all of our options, she was informative & attentive. She didn't miss a beat.

Her demeanor & sweet personality were the icing on the cake. I hope the Greenfield location knows how much of a gem they have on their hands. We walked out feeling happy that we found what we were looking for & feeling like we were saying "see you later" to a friend. Thank you for the impeccable customer service Tequila. My wife Jennifer and me had a wonderful experience at Art Van with Tequila! Yes, that's right Tequila! We had not been to Art Van in quite sometime and we wasn't quite sure what we wanted. Tequila was very informative in telling us of the daybeds we were looking for and by the time she was finished, we were on our way to the warehouse to pick it up in Warren, Michigan!

My experience was positive, we got a great deal on a desk chair for my husband's office. I am sad that Art Van is going out of business, I really liked what this company did for our parade, helping out Flint, and filling our house with affordable, kid proof furniture. We will miss Art Van and hope the 4K folks impacted by the closing find good positions soon. The sales staff was incredibly upbeat and helpful, especially considering the current circumstances.

Horrible customer service. Ordered our couch and coffee table and end tables on January 14th. Didn't get them until February 21st when it was suppose to be here on the 7th. Andy the "manager" lied to me over the phone and said it wouldn't come in until the 28th. My dad and I went into the store on the 21st and asked the lady at the desk about my furniture.

She said it was around back ready to be picked up. They lie and give you the run around. I will never ever buy from this store AGAIN. It'll be out of business anyways at this rate since they don't do anything for their customers.

I went in to purchase a foundation for my queen bed. The sales person was very helpful and found what I needed for a lower.price than I expected to pay. Picking up the mattress was quick and took only approximately 15 minutes. Excellent service all around.

Terrible customer service, we were jacked around for 3 weeks trying to get our furniture and finally we ended up paying a 15% restocking fee just to be rid of them. Anyone who buys anything from Art Van Furniture good luck because once they have your money they will jack your around and when your furniture get to you it will be JUNK. I really don't know how these people stay in business.

My sales consultant Marcellus love was amazing he was the most pleasant polite gentleman that I have ever encountered in purchasing furniture from any furniture store. He had The knowledge of every item of furniture in the store that I looked at he was impeccable he knew every item inside of the store. I have never encountered a sales consultant with so much knowledge he really takes his job serious and I can see him one day Owning owning his very own art van.

He took the time to walk the entire store with me for over 3 hours why I made my mind up on the items to purchase. I really appreciate Mr. Marcellus love he is a great great great employee of yours thank you much art Van I appreciate you much and we will do business again soon thank you.

The entire staff at the Greenfield Art Van was amazing. My salesperson, Tequila Wilkerson was phenomenal. She listened to my concerns, asked the right suggestions and helped me to make the best decisions for my new home. It's always good to meet someone who shows a genuine interest in both the customers needs and excitement for their job. This was my first time purchasing so much furniture at one time and Tequila's knowledge and insight made the process easy, stress-free and enjoyable.

I have no buyer's remorse and I am so happy to have had such a caring individual help me through this process! I will always purchase my furniture from Art Van if they continue to have honest, relatable, and knowledgeable salespeople like Tequila on the floor.

The sales encounter that morning with Candie Clark was absolutely wonderful. Not only was she well informed of the product (mattresses) and capable as a salesperson, she was a joy to work with. Then the guys who delivered were quick, efficient and made the delivery a smooth process. They were probably in and out of my home in 10 minutes or less. Great overall experience with Art Van in Southfield.

I bought a beautiful glass table from this store. The sales rep was very nice and walked me through the store helping me decide what was best for my style and budget. I give this place a 5 of 5 stars. The hostess or sales rep, she wasn't too aggressive, she offered to show me around, and helped me find just the right piece for my room. This was a positive experience. My table gets here monday, I can not wait. Thanks again Art Van!

We went to purchase a mattress before the New Year and went in on a Sunday. The store wasn't busy so a young lady Yasin approaches and asked how could she help. She was absolutely professional. She knew her stuff. She walked us through the Pure Sleep process. We took the test and got the results for which mattress would be best as well as pillows.

She educated us thoroughly and we didn't feel taken advantage of. She was kind, patient, and went above and beyond. The mattress we picked was on sale as well as we got a mattress protector. She was amazing. Wasn't overbearing, gave us time to make a decision and genuinely thanked us for our business. I truly appreciate her. That's the definition of excellent customer service

I have had prior good experiences with Art Van, but I must say during my recent purchase at Southfield location, my experience was great. My experience was based on the professional and attentive service by your team member, Tequila Wilkerson. Ms. Wilkerson prior to my personal experience, was highly recommended as someone to contact when I visited the Southfield location.

Due to my demanding schedule she stayed in contact and available to address my purchasing needs. In fact, during this period I called to advise Ms. Wilkerson that I would be visiting the store and while she was on a day off, she expressed that she would come to the store recognizing my busy schedule. Instead of interrupting her day off, I waited to come in to make my purchase on her next scheduled work day.

During the sale, she was knowledgeable about the various product lines and patient in explaining other options. In closing, as someone who runs a public service-oriented and large organization, I would not hesitate to hire her into a management level position. Ms. Wilkerson demonstrated her commitment to your customer and to Art Van, recognizing that a satisfied customer is a repeat and recommending customer that has a direct impact on your bottom line. Had a great experience here with Abby, purchased a couch, was delivered quickly and the delivery guys were awesome, will definitely go back!
