The store was run by the family only who worked 12-hour days, six days a week. They delivered furniture every morning. Then the store opened from noon to 9pm, when they would work the sales floor.

We purchased a dining room set for our new home and needed to use the leaf for the first time. We needed some help with it and Jim actually came to our home to assist us! He was very patient and professional. When it was discovered that there was a manufacturing defect in the leaf we were promptly offered a store credit, encouraged to come to the store to choose another, and it was delivered that same day by two courteous young men! I was able to welcome my company and complete an art lesson on that table in a timely manner! Thank you!

We ordered a couch and ottoman from this place. Paid for them and waited almost a year for it to come in. It was supposed to be brown, but they sent gray. After a reorder, the couch came in brown but the ottoman was still gray. Waited another year and we still have a gray ottoman and they feel it's ok and basically bailed on us. They feel this is an acceptable sale even though it's not what we purchased. Terrible company. I don't recommend at all.
