UPDATED: Today I checked the mail and had a thank you card. I have never in my life received a thank you card from a business. John is awesome Initial review: We entered this place and were greeted right away with enthusiasm. Asked if we needed helped, given directions of were to look for what we were looking for, and checked on a little during looking.
We found something we liked then we left to look at other stores. Even when we left we were farewelled with the same enthusiasm as when we entered. After looking at every furniture store in the area this place had the best deal for what we liked and our sales associate John made sure we had everything we needed and was very attentive. We were able to schedule delivery right away.
Delivery personnel arrived quick and dropped everything off with no issues. We did end up buying a kitchen table from another store only to find out it was in Bullard's clearance section (DON'T FORGET TO CHECK THE CLEARANCE SECTION in the back) it was more expensive (by like $30) but I don't know if we could've priced matched, wasn't offered during the convo when I mentioned it.
I did end up finding the same dining set on Amazon but it was a small difference & we would've had to wait for the delivery of it sooo I think we won. Also found another furniture store but it was on the other side of town so maybe that's why it didn't pop up on the gps but it's had a brown living room set for a cheaper price as well. But overall happy with my purchase and customer service received.

We bought almost $5000 in furniture from Bullard's on New Year's Eve. We truly thought it was a great experience and we're planning to go back to get additional furniture upon delivery of the previous purchase. It took 6 months to get the furniture, which was fine, we were patient. Finally we called to get a status update and they said they would call back and let us know.
When they did, they said it was in stock, waiting for one additional piece. Several days later they called to set up delivery. We explained that our daughter would be the only person available to sign, they agreed that that was fine. On delivery day, they brought the furniture and asked for $70 to bring it into the house. I called the store because no one had said we needed to have cash on hand on delivery day. Dixie proceeded to tell us that we agreed to "to the door delivery", and that we had to pay an additional $70 cash to have it brought inside.
The only mention that we would need cash was being told that if we offered the delivery guys $30 they would probably take our old furniture out for us. I live on a dirt road, the furniture isn't covered, no plastic underneath it. Clearly I would have made sure to have $70 if I had known. God forbid it rains. Very unprofessional and clearly willing to say or do whatever they need to make a sale. I will NEVER, EVER buy from them again.

Highly recommend. They have furniture in stock and deliver when they say they will. Very family friendly atmosphere with no pushy salesman. Very satisfied with the quality of the couch we purchased. We received a discount for paying full price and they also offer payment plans and similar spill/damage coverage that Ashley furniture offers without waiting months and months for a piece of furniture.

I had a great experience shopping for my counter height kitchen dinette set at Bullard Furniture and Mattress in Fayetteville, NC. Their prices are reasonable and their products are ready for delivery. Mr. Robert Lints was most attentive, knowledgeable and patient. Bullard has a large quantity of quality furniture to accommodate your needs. The staff did not consider it robbery to exchange greetings or thank you's. I can't wait to discard the old and bring in the new! Much appreciated, LMG

There is a reason Bullard does not show their prices on their website, but advertises that if you find the same item at a lower price within 75 miles, that they will match that price. It's a complete lie, it's a clever ploy to fool you into believing they have the lowest price. They claim to honor the low price for 30 days after purchase. Just a few days after purchasing two pieces of furniture from Bullard we found the exact same couch and loveseat for 400.00 less a piece (for a total of $800.00 dollars) less at a local store.
We proved that the items where on the other stores showroom floor, we provided pictures of the furniture with the price tags, we showed them the stores website with the matching SKU numbers proving they where the exact same items. Long story short, they would not refund the difference and never had any plans too. Don't bother jumping through their hoops (it's a waste of time) and DO look for your furniture at another store.

I have never written a review online for anything but i get in this case it was warranted. I cannot say enough about the service we have received. My husband and I visited the store on two separate occasions to purchase furniture and were beyond impressed both times. Everyone that we encountered were professional and courteous. If you are in the market for some new furniture, please ask for Cory!
He was extremely patient and kind and very knowledgeable. He's a down home guy with a big heart. He is the reason we returned to Bullard for another purchase! Aside from great quality furniture, Cory is the reason we will continue to return to Bullard for our future purchases.

Bought a new couch in mid January, got delivered beginning of June. We love the couch, but due to COVID we were told they would only deliver to the front door. That's fine. Except when the truck got here, they kept trying to insist on going through the garage, which I told them would not work because the pieces wouldn't fit through the hallway. I got them to agree to bring it to the front door instead, at which point one of them told me that if I tipped them they would bring it into the house. (This one, unlike his partner, was not masked.) I told him sorry, I don't keep cash.
He answered by telling me "then just cashapp me." He became less personable when I told him I wouldn't be doing that. When they left, I did not receive a receipt of delivery, nor did I receive the manufacturer papers, to include any assembly instructions or warranty information. I love my couch, but I wouldn't trust them to come to my house again.

Amazing service from start to finish! Mr. Moore greeted us with a smile at the door and was so kind and patient with us. He didn't hover like some salesmen do! He let us stroll the store and find just what we were looking for. He found us shortly after we found what we needed and helped us get the best deal possible from the floor model that my son had to have.
We set up a pickup time and my Husband went back to pick it up. The one thing I would change is, when he arrived at our designated time, the furniture was not taken apart like planned so it could fit in our van. They had to rush and take it apart while my Husband waited for that. Not a super huge deal at all, really. Overall we're super happy with our service and our purchase!
Can't wait to go back and get the next piece for our home soon. We also really appreciated the sweet hand written thank you note from Mr. Moore. That was a really great (PERSONALIZED TO OUR STORY) touch to the whole process.
