It's amazing on how a business owner responds to people. It's in a very defensive way. But bottom line for me is the flat out stole 7k from me I NEVER REVIEWED ANYTHING. Here's an example of how much they rip people off. As well under no circumstance would I purchase anything without being able to cancel. My papers don't say nothing about no cancellation and I have the original. That's fraud Business Owner!

Nor is it posted anywhere in your store or doors about your policy. BTW your business would be the only one in the world with such a policy. And state law state police must be posted on entry doors cash registers and items. Clearly non of that is displayed here. But anyway my papers don't say any such and I have original.

The lack of professionalism speaks for itself. I really hope potential customers look at the childish remarks before looking here. What a lousy business.

I would rather go to Ashley's. I walked in and was given nasty attitude. They weren't communicating well with me. I'm actually confused as to who the owner is. When in store or over the phone I've gotten different names on the "owner." They aren't honest.

Small selection on display. But fast delivery service. Still waiting for my bed frame to arrive.

Charley gave us a great deal on our first visit today with some furniture! He was very helpful and friendly and his customer service was great! Thank you for the great deal and assistance provided!

I was in need of furniture and have been looking around. So one day I was driving and pasted Furniture Corner turned around a walked in to look. There was a bed I've been eyeing so I asked the associate Natalie if it was available and she said yes it's in our warehouse. So long story short I ordered a bed set coffee table and dining set in which she said was all in stock.

I looked at there website and it said free delivery if you spend more than $799 and she was still charging me $99 saying that it was only for delivery not assembly and that that's only on the site and that they are different. Come to find out that was a bunch of BS because during the process she said let me call the owner and see what I can do.

Well low and behold her father is the owner and it's only a 2 store business and he owns both. Also Natay repeatedly kept assuring me not to worry that she was going to give me a discount and they were the lowest price furniture store and will price match. Well my total bill was $7,25.75 and I pid and as soon as I paid her comment was that after I signed for the items there is no refunds or returns.

So as soon as I got home I started checking into all the questions I was asking and getting only vague answers, because a while back I got furniture from Ashley and it wasn't right so I canceled the order on the day of delivery and received a full refund there policy was the same after you sign NO returns no refunds. Being that it was never excepted and I didn't sign I got a full refund.

Next day went to Bob's furniture and now was aware of the policy I made sure and everything worked out perfect. So I get home and start looking and find the exact same items oh that Natalie said had to be SPECIAL ORDERED but previously told me everything was in the warehouse. Well it isn't a special order when she says they are in stock in there warehouse and I can receive everything Monday.

Anyway after looking up all the items from another store, putting them in my cart and checking out and mind you all items were in stock and could be delivered and assembled the same day Natalie at Furniture Corner said and they also informed me that it isn't any special order. Like I thought. So the price were I bought everything was $4,256.75.

When I called Natalie her response was how hard she worked how much time it was only 1hour that's just ridiculous. How anyone in there right mind could even imagine that a normal person would pay almost $4,000 in commission. Natalie is now trying to inform me that I don't get a refund. I said I'm sorry how are you going to keep $7225.75 of mine money and I don't have any furniture. BEWARE PEOPLE.

Stay away from Furniture Corner and make sure to check all prices of. That's a lot of money that Natalie and her dad(the owner) of furniture Corner fell they are untitled to!

Do Not under any CIRCUMSTANCE purchase anything from this store. I've purchased a daybed to discover that the entire frame gave out from under my kid causing her arm to be injured. I've contacted the store thinking we could come to a better resolution, but no. I was told there was only A three month warranty on a bed? Trust me, you get what you pay for.

I will definitely be shopping at Macys or somewhere else. Extremely disappointed because I wanted to give smaller businesses the opportunity to survive, but lesson learned with this store.

For anything furniture this is my go to place. I have been purchasing from them for years and can rely on their furniture. Charlie went above and beyond with his customer service he met all our needs. I will be back for more and refer all my family and friends.

I had been looking for months for my cream colored velvet couch and swivel chair! One day I drove past furniture corner and saw what is been looking for sitting on the display window. Made a. Immediate u-turn and was helped out by Charly. Thank you so much for making it such an easy and fair transaction. You went above and beyond to help me out. I had hands down the best experience with Florencia @FurnitureCornerCanogaPark. She provided stellar customer service from the time I walked in the store. I will definitely be a repeat customer and telling all my friends and family about this place. They were safe, had on masks the whole time, maintained social distance to protect themselves and me, the customer, which I appreciated immensely. Also, she was always available to answer any questions I had any time I called her.

She scheduled my delivery for just 1 day after I ordered it which was outstanding and the delivery guys, Daniel & David, were the best. They were the sweetest guys as well. They all deserve raises! Definitely, give Furniture Corner Canoga Park a try. I promise you, you won't regret it!

Staff have Very nice attitude. They do their best for you to feel comfortable and get what you want not just sale you something. They have very good promotions and deals to suggest. Appreciate to the customer service they provided to us, especially to Charlie!

Bought a new couch here and the experience was great! The couch we initially were interested in ended up costing too much so we chose one that was on sale, but that's okay because it is still nice. Charly helped us through our process and was super friendly the whole time. Definitely recommend checking this place out.

I love this furniture place because they has beautiful things and great sales people. I want to think Charlie for helping me out with my girls bed. I love how they look and thank you for getting them to me.

The mattress we bought was broken in less than 2 months we had a warranty. When we called to tell them the mattress broke & we were told to just bring it in & they'll exchange it. We bring the mattress in and were told they have to send the mattress to the factory for them to "check it" & find why it was defective before they sent out the replacement.

The jest of it was we weren't going to have a bed for 2 weeks. We offered to buy a better mattress & pay the difference & we were told no. Don't waste your time or money here, you'll be sorely disappointed by the quality of their merchandise. We went to the Big Lots up the street & bought a better mattress with a much better warranty.

Came to furniture corner with my wife and had the best service you can have thanks to Charly I got my dream bed frame!

I went in a few days ago looking for a velvet couch and immediately found one that I loved. So, I came back in today and was helped out again by Charly and he helped me to figure out the patterns for the pillows as well to match my loveseat. This furniture store is very well organized and has great items and the prices are reasonable as well. I will continue to purchase furniture from this store as I saw multiple Items I really liked. Thank you so much Charly!

Wanted a new bed for my new house and decided to take a look here, Charly greeted me and was super helpful with showing me the different types ( I'm clueless with these things ) he was super nice and explained everything in a professional manner, you've gained a client for life. Thanks Charly!

Furniture Corner Is such a great furniture store! A wonderful selection of furniture to choose from! Alberto and Florencia were so helpful in assisting me in my selection of furniture. I hope everyone goes to Furniture Corner, the pricing is great and the customer service is excellent!

Visited this store after many others and got to talking with another customer about a table. I mentioned I had seen it cheaper at another local spot. The person there (maybe it was the owner) sure got upset I said so. He practically ran me out of the store. Lol. What a weenie. He could have just offered a price match. I was considering a different piece he had. Perhaps if he had known, he wouldn't have acted so poorly. His loss. Ended up finding it cheaper anyways.

Great customer service! Natalia was super helpful. Helped me pick out my furniture according to my budget and gave me options. Offered financing, offered delivery, and helped us carry things out to the car.

Overall experience here has been pleasant. Alberto, has made furniture shopping a lot more easy by being informative and taking the time to present all options to me. Delivery was fast and efficient. Natalia easily coordinated the soonest delivery date and worked around my schedule. Charley was a big help in making sure all the furniture pieces were carefully carried and assembled into my home to my liking. Everything was assembled pretty quickly.

My experince has always been a very good one here. This is my second purchase and they do not dissapoint. Natalia helped with this last one and she was patient and kind and easy to work with. We have purchase recently an bunk bed, as well as a sectional couch a dining table, and a tv stand oh and the divider. Natalia also sped up or delivery which im am very grateful for.

I highly recommend this place. They worked with my budget and the show room is phenominal. Thanks again guys. Oh also they fixed my dining table that i broke by accident at no charge when they came to deliver the bed. That was beyond awesome. Thanks to the delivery guys who were fast and efficient.

The fastest delivery and the best costumer service! starting with Natalia at the store, the quality of the furniture is incredible, definitely no regrets. I bought a futon and a dining table (and I had bought a bed and a desk before) and these two guys assembled everything in less than 30 min very happy with everything, highly recommend this store/products!

Just bought myself my first house. Needless to say I needed to dress her up completed. I went to many furniture stores till I found carlos and Natalia. They made me feel like I was home again. Nicest people I ever met. They showed me the whole store. Gave me all the best advice about how decoration goes and my house now looks amazing. Their furniture is great quality for the best prices.

Everything is a Chinese brand no one has ever heard of. Not a big fan as they tried to sell us some cheap furniture including a chair which pieces of it broke while we sat on it on the showroom floor lol!. Rather get good quality used furniture if you want to save money, don't bother.

Prices are fine selection is fine. If you want to be treated terrible by the owner than come here. Terrible rude man works here. I am helping my wife start a staging company. She bought a table set for her first job and didn't like the set she picked out. The next day we tried to return it to purchase a more expensive set of better quality. He would take this set back because he claimed it was now damaged.

I don't dispute that it is possible that the table got damaged. I'm not sure if we took it that way or if in fact we damaged it but it was never taken out of its original packaging. Had it been packaged more professionally there wouldn't of been any mark on the table. To be honest were not even too upset about the fact that at the end of the day he wouldn't take it back but his attitude and his rude mannerism towards my wife and I is this something I could tolerate.

The piece wasn't that much money so we ended up just taking it. He made a bit of money by not returning this piece but he will lose a lot more because we will never make any future purchases with him. Basically to save a couple Pennies he'll end up losing many dollars.

They have an excellent staff, very family friendly. Great service, furniture is delivered on time and very quickly! Me and my family get all are furniture at this business. There furniture is reasonably priced, I have shopped around and they always have great prices for the quality of the furniture. I will continue to shop with them for all my furniture needs!
