I recently visited this furniture store and was very impressed. I am new to the area and plan to visit again soon. staff was very helpful and answered all questions. Also impressed by selection of instock items! Good place to shop.

Walked in and almost walked right back out. The place smells so musty! But I was on a mission to find a certain piece. They did not have what I wanted, not all that disappointed.

Purchased a mattress and box spring. Prices were good and selection was good as well. Dorothy was very informative and not pushy. I do wish they offered free delivery. The communication on the delivery was excellent.

To bad I could not give a negative star. These are the recliners that were purchased on 3/22/2021. The fabric is VERY CHEAP. Don't bother to call because they will not return your call. Nor will they honor the fabric insurance.

I got a mattress and box spring in Aug and has started to already sag. 4 months of use only at most and I was gone the month of Oct taking care of my mom in Bismarck after surgery. I dont share a bed with except 3 cats. I sent pics. Darryl says aren't more than 2 inches. his offer was 1. To sell at wholesale price or 2. Bring it back and they will send back to manufacturer and see what they say.

I originally had delivery so no way to bring it in. No offer to exchange. do store credit. nothing. I told him to send me a copy of my receipt and ill contact the company myself. ALSO I feel he is being discriminatory cause I stated I am a BBW and leaving reviews where I can. Dont buy from here.

Had a really cool British guy working that helped me and my brother and he was so friendly and cool. Was looking for mattresses and honestly it was the customer service that lead to is picking the mattresses he showed us. Super good guy and very knowledgeable. He made my day

We have purchased several items in the past from Furniture for Less and every time the sales staff and management are very friendly and helpful but not pushy at all. They know the products they carry and are willing to answer as many questions that you have. They truly want you to leave the store with exactly what you need or want. Also the follow up service is just as impressive. After a sale they are always willing to help with any issues you may have.you just have to call and they are their to help.

My husband and I came into the store to purchase a new mattress for me (we have separate rooms as he snores) and the sales lady that assisted us was so nice and helpful that my husband decided to buy a new mattress for himself as well. We were treated so nicely not only by our sales lady but also the young men who delivered our mattresses. The young men were so very friendly and helpful - we could not be more pleased. I love my new mattress so much, I've not gotten out of bed since we received them.

Fantastic Service, their people go the extra mile to make sure you get the product you need instead of trying to push higher cost products that you really don't need.
