I am not sure how so many people give this furniture store such a high rating, because my experience with them is horrible. I have been trying for over 2 months to get them to pick up a Lazy Boy recliner that the leather has all kinds of bad areas on it and the mechanism has defects in it. I paid cash for the chair, but when I asked for service I was told it was not their problem. To say the least I will never buy from them again. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!

I purchased a Lane recliner from them in 11/2016 and now just over two years later a spring broke on the foot lift mechanism. The warranty on labor had ran out but it was still covered on the springs as far as parts was concerned. I called and was told that Glenn Scott was the owner of the business and would call me back but after a couple of days I was never contacted so I called again and spoke with Mr. Scott.

They had a spring but it was the wrong size but I was welcome to come and get it, not sure how that was suppose to help me. Did not offer to help me get the right spring or assist in getting warranty repair. I contacted United Furniture Industries the now maker of Lane recliners and gave them the serial number of the chair and within two weeks had two new springs of the correct size.

There is a spring on each side. My point is don't expect warranty service at least not on a Lane recliner after the sale because he really seemed disinterested in helping me.

I purchased a couch from Scott's a few years ago. They were friendly, not pushy, and even helpful, but as someone who has never purchased a couch before I wish they educated me more on the fabric and seat back options before I picked in order to have avoided a few nuisances.

Recliner of ours died, needed to replace it immediately as I needed one for my recovery after surgery in one day. Found two we liked & they delivered both the same day. The guys placed both recliners in our living room, placed the used one in our bedroom, and took the broken one away to be repaired maybe? Checking on it today. Great service and nice selection.
