I bought a used copier from and had service guy fix. A few minutes he says $225 would fix it. So he fixes it and I get bill in mail for like $500 - $600. I called service to see why different than told me. Oh he put more parts on your unit. I asked for used parts took out. Oh tossed them. If I remember the service guy say they are warranty. So I called back and told them I bring them parts back.
I found a copier place to buy for $200. So they take parts back. Lower ticket. A month latter same problem. Oh need more parts. Send me another bill. Then like days latter same problem 3rd time. Oh they fix and not charge for other parts. Now like 6 months latter it has same problem. So I figured by another used copier. So talking with salesman. After couple dealings he tells me EAKES will not sell me another one due to problems. Wow I blown away as refuse a customer to buy products.
Long story short the old printer got not working right and EAKES guy Paul says no no not selling to you. Salesman and I had a deal going and on top of it salesman got yelled at. This place done business 20 years with and come to this. I would not ever call or step foot in EAKES due to Paul? Being a total jerk.
