A wonderful selection in this friendly feeling establishment! The owner was present and happy to show us the daybeds we were contemplating. AJ, the design and sales associate used his design background to assist us in finalizing the he daybeds and selecting end tables for our large living room sofa. I was uncertain what I wanted and what would work and AJ steered us in the right direction with info on what is "the rule of thumb" for table height etc. I truly valued his expertise and I'll be back for more items to complete our lake house.

What a find! Yeah Went for Brown Jordan outdoor furniture-which they had and in stock! The showroom was beautiful with high quality pieces. Sandra was so sweet and helpful. Highly recommend! 5 star experience from start to finish!

AJ was amazing at listening to what we were looking for and advising us. He was direct (ina respectful and funny way) and did not waste our time. He even found our house listing to take a look at the room where the piece of furniture will go to make sure it would fit. I highly recommend shopping at Burlington Furniture and definitely ask for AJ.

I was at another furniture store a few weeks ago. While there, the salesperson hovered over me constantly. I was looking at different chairs and with each model I went to, I was being inundated with comments and opinions. So much that the only decision I could make was to leave the store. I have been involved with sales for many years so I know each salesperson has a different sales style.

That sales person's style was very upsetting, intolerable and rude. I should have spoken up and requested the salesperson give me some space, but I took the highroad and decided it was best to leave. At Burlington Furniture my sales person was Sandra Keeshan. Her sales style was perfect. She had the correct balance of providing pertinent information and then giving me space to absorb it.

For the chair I was interested in, she clearly explained and showed me all the material options available. My decision was easy, I purchased the chair. I highly recommend Burlington Furniture for their large selection of beautiful furniture and encourage you to seek out Sandra Keeshan. She will make your shopping experience an enjoyable one.

AJ was very helpful. The place is huge and AJ helped us to think through our options and zero in on our choices. We looked at other furniture stores in the area. and I am so glad we included Burlington Furniture on our list of stores to visit.

This past week has been my third time purchasing from Burlington Furniture in the past 2 1/2 years. I have bought mattresses, pillows, an occasional chair, and just recently ordered a loveseat/recliner with lumbar support. During each visit, the staff was supportive and I felt heard. I have been pleased with each purchase, and although my loveseat will not arrive for sometime, I anticipate it will be just what I wanted.

I highly recommend Ira, Kristen, and the rest of the staff including the folks in the back for pickup. My experiences were great fun, with laughter mixed in with their extensive knowledge of the products. Please consider Burlington Furniture for your home needs. I will not hesitate to return again.

Super friendly staff. The people we worked with were knowledgeable and not pushy. Looked at 5 furniture stores for manual leather recliner, finally came here and found exactly what we were looking for.

I meant to update this earlier just to say that Ira was fantastic. Super patient, good insight, and very clear and communicative on wait times. He followed up after my first visit with pictures and prices. Really appreciate him! Thanks Ira!

Staff was very helpful in recommending what different wait times were due to covid. There is a huge selection on so many styles. I did notice many styles in now are similar to a 70/80 style which i love but some people may not.

I found everything at Burlington Furniture to furnish our newly renovated first floor (except for a rug and a couple small side tables). The sales staff was extremely helpful and very easy to work with -- especially Kat Whitledge. She understood what I was looking for and was spot on with suggestions. After some thoughtful revisions, and several visits, we now have intentionally designed living areas.

It's such a pleasure to be home! Also, the deliveries were done when promised with great communication from the driver and his assistant. The furniture and rug was placed without rushing until it was just right. I highly recommend Kat's assistance. I'll be back for dining room help next!
