My wife and I had a wonderful experience here. Having the store to ourselves and their undivided attention made making the appointment worth it. Geoff even came to our house to make sure our vision was achieved. The quality of our custom made furniture and drapes is outstanding. This small business went above and beyond!

By appointment only when no one is in parking lot!?! Not open "Even for Browsing"! How do you know if you want an appointment if you can't browse what they offer? I don't understand this method of business management. If you're not a retail store, just say so.

This is the second time I have been here. The first time was about 10 months ago and when I was there no one offered to help me, even when it was obvious that I was waiting for help. I finally left. This visit, the door was locked with a sign stating appointment only. Also, that they would open the door if it was between appointments. In addition the sign states not to bother calling to complain, that they have heard it all.

How rude! There are no customers in the store (and parking lot) that I can see, except for a female sales associate. Well, 2 strikes and you are out! There are plenty of other stores that want the business and have fabulous customer service and products! See ya!

Great people and lovely furnishings. Found just the sectional I was looking for. Delivery also went well, the guys were careful and positioned everything perfectly. I will shop here again!

You will find no finer service and product line than provided by Geoff & the Tygrets. Selection in-house is beautiful and custom order will allow you to have anything you do not see in-store. Great products, great service and attention to every detail. Highly, highly recommended.

WORST STORE EVER THEY DON'T STAND BY THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL I purchased a glass top coffee table and the glass is soft and scratches easily, the store did nothing to stand by the table they sold me Additionally I purchased 2 custom rocker swivel chairs (very expensive) with contrast welting, the welting immediately started to pill, initially on the seat cushions and then all over the chairs.

One of the owners said he would come out to look at the chairs, never called to schedule and then sent the seat covers back to me by mail This entire process took months so I didn't have seat cushions for months and I was always the one to initiate communication COASTAL CHIC RATES ZERO STARS, THEY SELL INFERIOR PRODUCTS AND WON'T STAND BY WHAT THEY SELL WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

This store carries beautiful designer merchandise and has unique and elegant home furnishings. However, the sales staff was extremely rude and unaccomadating on two separate occasions. They acted like they were doing me a favor and had a very bad attitude. I wouldn't expect such poor customer service from such a high end store. Unfortunately I will not be going back and would have trouble recommending this store.
