Salt Creek Office Furniture

Purchased a new expensive desk that had chips all over it and continues to chip frequently. I was told it's soft wood and normal that it chips. Fortunately, I kept my old desk that is 15 years old and better condition then my new desk bought at Salt Creek Office Furniture on Scottsdale and Thunderbird. Purchased an office desk two years earlier for my work office and they misstated something that was included with the desk. I had a lot of business that could have come there way and they lost it. Very disappointed in this company.

Joe was super. Over 10 years ago we bought a desk and desk chair from Salt Creek. Earlier this month when the desk chair arrived out of the movers van it had lost a small but very important part. Joe personally replaced the clip and reassembled the chair that I still love and all is well. Thanks Joe!

Purchased an entire home office of custom built furniture. It took a while to build, but was definitely worth the wait. I love it! When I needed to make a few modifications after delivery, Andrew of Customer Service responded very promptly. He dispatched Aaron, one of his expert installation technicians to make the modifications within 24 hours. I couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend this company and plan to be a repeat customer.

I purchased a home office set from Salt Creek Office furniture. They helped me find the right furniture for my room and helped design the layout of the furniture. Their staff is very friendly and helpful, a few days after receiving the office set a competitor had the set for a better price. Salt Creek verified this and price matched after delivery, this is exceptional customer service.

Very disappointed in this company. We originally put a deposit on a dining room table Dec 7 2013 at their Tempe location. We were told emphatically that it would be delivered within 2-3 weeks at their Arrowhead location. When there was a complete lack of communication from the company, we reached out an made contact with them several times. Communications were completely one sided (us always chasing them).

During all communications with the company they were apologetic and offered to deliver the table to our home. After 6 weeks of a "run-around" we were told that the table had been delivered to the Tempe location and in order to have it delivered to the Arrowhead location they would have to have the balance paid in full over the phone or we would have to drive the 40 miles into the Tempe location.

Once payment had been made, we were then notified that they would NOT be delivering it to our home. I am a very patient individual, not once was my voice raised. I am in the customer service home building industry. I come in contact with hundreds of potential home buyers every year that are looking for new furniture. I can assure you, I will not recommend Salt Creek Home to anyone who asks.

Salt Creek helped me find a desk that was perfect for a small space and they delivered it right to my door in Tucson for a reasonable price. The owner answered half a dozen emails regarding the transaction in a friendly and timely manner. Even the gentleman who delivered the desk was a cut above! I wish they would open up a store in Tucson.
