Don't special order anything from this store! I ordered and paid $1000 down on a chair last August 31. I was going to Arizona for the winter so the 6-month back order they mentioned did not concern me. When I returned home, I checked in with them and was told they had mentioned a 9-month back order time. My receipt for the deposit says 6+ months and never was I told 9 months or more.
It is now the end of the 9th month and I have not heard a single word from them about my chair. We have purchased several other items from them but they were items already in the store. If you don't see it physically see it in the store, don't special order. Their communication with customers is atrocious.

Today Keith and Steve came by and repacked a chair we bought from their store two years ago. I cannot tell you how appreciative and happy we are with the job they did. That single follow up service call will make me recommend Boswells to friends and family in the future. I especially like the friendly attitude. nothing was a hassle.

The customer service was amazing! We never felt pressured. They let us roam the showroom areas and take our time. The staff was helpful and courteous when we finally made our decisions. They were knowledgeable when it came to chosing custom fabric and selecting the right pieces for our home. The delivery went smoothly, they were polite and careful when they brought our furniture into the house. We had a very good experience.

Excellent customer service. Teresa came to our home and brought fabric samples, took measurements and helped us pick the right pieces for our livingroom. We love our Flexsteel Digby sectional, recliner, lamps, tables, and ottoman. Our neighbors are in "awww" and love our living room but most of all the comfort it provides. We recently just picked. up an accent piece, Teresa sent some examples thru email, picked one and rec'd it two weeks later.
Thanks to my neighbors Mary and Bob for the referral, they worked with Buffy and had a great experience. I give them a 5 Star. They all give you special attention and help you make the right choices. We will continue to shop Boswell's, no need to shop anywhere else.

Decent selection, mediocre staging, and pretentious staff. What's not to like? Edit: I should note that primary reason for this review is the fact that I had stopped by to see a specific item in person and check out pricing. On the way out, we received a few sarcastic comments from the sales staff about how short our visit was and we were told to stay longer next time. I then went and purchased that item from a competitor.

These guys are awesome! We worked with Glenn. He was not pushy at all, and allowed us to take our time to peruse their amazing selection. He didn't hover over us, but was always immediately available to answer our questions. They have high quality furniture, but at very reasonable prices. Glenn worked with us to tailor delivery to exactly meet our needs, and was very flexible. All around it has been a very enjoyable experience. I highly recommend Boswell's Furniture!
