My experience with Surfside was fantastic. I purchased a table and a cantilever umbrella. Everyone at Surfside is friendly and hard-working. It sounds like a lot of people are bashing companies for extended delivery times, but there is a reality to the supply chain problems. I'd like to thank Dan for his help expediting the umbrella and especially thank Troy and the delivery crew (sorry I didn't catch your names) for an extraordinary effort carrying and assembling the umbrella and 350 lb. base up two flights of stairs. I won't hesitate to shop here again.

After an initial issue with our order. We are very happy with our dinning set and delivery prior to Memorial Day weekend! Ed and team at 7 Mile design were very supportive from beginning to final delivery. Joe, Brandon and Leo (Delivery men) were very professional and represented 7Mile Design/Surfside casual in an excellent way.

Wow! The service was incredible. We bought 2 bucket chairs and Tina and Dan were awesome. In fact, knowing we had limited time on the island, Dan put the chairs in his SUV, followed me home and helped me bring them in. The customer service was unreal! The willingness to make sure we were satisfied was incredible. We will always shop at Surfside first.

I dealt with Tina as my associate and purchased a kitchen table and chairs. Service was very accommodating and not pushy. It arrived this afternoon on time. Troy and Brandon were my delivery guys and they were amazing. Brought everything in with care. No issues at all they were friendly and courteous. Great service and highly recommend.
