Amish Reflections

Was really looking forward to checking this place out but was really disappointed. Fairly nice staff, incredibly overpriced not great quality furniture. But the worst part was that as far as I could see there was nothing amish about this place and they were just using the name. I saw a few pieces that might have been considered amish but I would recommend skipping this place. Edit - yes, I am certain I was at Amish Reflections, thank you for your response.

I've ordered many pieces of furniture from Amish Reflection. I have never been Disappointed. Jeremy and Mike were absolutely wonderful today. They had quite the challenge getting our headboard up the stairs. They didnt give up and did a wonderful job. They went above and beyond.

Wow- great customer service! We bought a tv stand from the floor and it was delivered no problem. After getting the furniture I noticed a small detail that I did not notice until it was in our house (the orientation of one of the doors wasn't what I thought it was). I gave them a call to see what we could do to change it. I was ready to pay for the change but nope!

The friendly staff ordered a new stand with the change we requested and exchanged the stands (including delivery) at no charge! Talk about a business that truly cares about the happiness of their customers and the quality of their products! I know this is a long review but I had to share the amazing customer service we had at Amish Reflections!

Beautiful furniture! Staff is very easy to work with. We looked all over & as soon as we walked in we could tell the difference in the well made furniture. We had a table customized to fit under a window & it looks beautiful.

I've special ordered several times from Amish reflections. Have never been disappointed. This last order was just a coat rack. They made it exactly the size I needed to fit in my space with just the number of hooks I wanted. It's worth the wait to be able to enjoy your new piece of furniture for many years to come.

The sales people were very nice, didn't hover, but were attentive and helpful when we needed them. The furniture is very high quality, solid wood, beautifully crafted, timeless styles. Lead time on furniture is 8 weeks for what we were looking at, but it's made to order with our choice of wood, finish and design choices. Prices are not unreasonable given that it is U.S. made and there's no particle board. Styles are timeless and craftsmanship will last a lifetime.

I love this place, very nice and helpful and patient! You will never find another owner so nice and friendly! Great merchandise, and I try to buy a lot when I can! You will never go wrong!

I absolutely love their furniture. The quality is excellent and there are so many choices. I've bought a lot of furniture from them and they've always been so good to work with. I've recommended them to friends and family and they've all been pleased.

Simply beautiful perfectly crafted furniture. We stopped in and talked with the owner who showed us a fabulous selection of dining tables and coordinating chairs. All pieces were available as displayed or you could choose your stain or paint and fabric preference. Most of the custom pieces she said would take anywhere between 6 to 10 weeks depending on our selection.

She told us that once me had decided, the order is delivered to the Amish crsftsma's shop and the process begins. As a note, most of Amish work shops she said were in Ohio. The store also sells entertainment units as well as bedroom, living room furniture and a wide variety of unique and hard to find pieces and gifts. We even picked up a jar of homemade jam - yummy!

We can't say enough about our shopping experience and look forward to our table filing our empty dining space. We will most certainly look here for future purchases and highly reccomemd Amish Reflections if you value high quality and customization which, were top on our list.

We have boughten several things here over the past year. I believe much of their business is orders/custom-work but all of our purchases were off-the-floor (buying the display furniture). I am writing this because our experience was the opposite of the 1-star review written a couple years ago. That review certainly could be accurate but must have been an off-day.

I have found that nobody bothers you when you look around the store as they noted and I find that to be a good feature - no pressure. But whenever we have asked questions we have found them to be helpful and never with any pressure or junk that you get from sales people at big furniture stores. Seems they just let the quality sell itself and all of the items have a price tag which is also very nice.

Delivery has been super fast (same day!) and professional. The quality of the furniture is excellent. Unlike at big furniture stores, at this store I can see and feel that I am paying for top quality. Prices are not at all crazy but not cheap either though they have some nice sales sometimes on floor displays.

Amish Reflections is our favorite place in Midland to purchase furniture. Their prices felt reasonable for what you're getting, but it's certainly going to be more expensive than any composite or prefabricated furniture you'll find elsewhere. Their showroom is surprisingly large given their location, but you'll find many more options in the catalogs.

I wish their catalogs were fully available online, but the staff is usually helpful with helping you sift through the various catalogs to find what you're looking for. I enjoy the fact that I can customize every piece (within reason) of each piece as my wife and I are rather picky. My only complaint is that their expected delivery window is just an educated guess. Understandably, it's a hard supply chain to control, but when we called to inquire on a piece that was a month past the delivery window the only information they could give us was that the craftsman was running a few weeks behind schedule. But if you're looking for a solid-wood piece that's built to last I'd definitely recommend Amish Reflections!

My husband and I bought a table for our entryway and three end tables from Amish Reflections and couldn't be happier with the quality workmanship! When the pieces were delivered by three men, they swiftly placed them where I wanted and took off the protective wrappings. I asked (before placing the entryway table) if they would attach felt wood floor savers on the legs, that I supplied.

They were more than happy to and did so while the item was still in the delivery truck. Also it was a pleasant surprise to find out that the co-owner (George) of Amish-Reflections was one of the deliverymen. Does Art Van or any big named store owners personally deliver their goods? I can't say enough good things about the four handmade pieces of furniture we received from this family owned store.

The old saying "you get what you pay for" holds true, as we had nothing but trouble with a store in Flint from a earlier dining set purchase. It was quite a drive to Midland but we are planning on making the trip again to look for a new dining room set. I highly recommend Amish Reflections Furniture Store!
