Even though we no longer have the Salter's Pool & Outdoor Living showroom in Phoenixville, we are continuing to provide spa services to our customers through our Salter's Fireplace & Outdoor Livings locations in Eagleville and Hatfield! The amazing Salter's Pool staff is staying on board to provide you the same excellent experience in sales and service that our community has come to expect from the Salter's name. Bring a sample of your spa water to our Eagleville showroom and we will test it and recommend chemicals to keep your spa balanced.

I am so very pleased with my new fireplace. Everything about Salter's was friendly, efficient and professional, from the sales staff to the technicians. They were responsive when I had questions and kept me informed every step of the way. Since I live in Philadelphia, I could not use their technicians to install the gas line, but they were very helpful with my plumber in guiding him to make the modifications properly. Best of all, the final result is a beautiful, cozy, realistic-looking gas fireplace that adds charm and warmth to my home. I couldn't be more satisfied.

Chip from Salter's fireplace did an excellent job of cleaning and servicing our gas fireplace. We had no experience with gas fireplaces previously and he thoroughly explained how to operate the unit in a home we purchased awhile ago. We requested a remote and Chip again was helpful in explaining what was available, installed it and told us how to use it. Great experience and we plan to use Salter's for routine service again!

Sean and Doug did an outstanding job with our gas insert installation! We have had similar installations in the past from two different companies and Salter's is far and away the best. All of our installations have been "safe" and correct but the attention to detail and neatness set Sean and Doug apart: for example, securing wire bundles neatly, adding an easily accessible shutoff when another location might have been easier and explaining everything completely when complete. We already knew that Salter's service team was top notch (Chip) and this purchase validated that belief for us.

We ordered a new burner and log configuration in November 2020, but didn't expect to have it delivered until March. We were pleasantly surprised to get a call in early January that it was in, and even happier when Salters juggled their schedule to get it installed just a few days later. The installers were fantastic, very knowledgeable and friendly, and explained everything we needed to know. We've used Salters for about 5 years in our new home, and the techs are all great. Oh, and our new fireplace is fantastic!

Salter's is a 5 star operation. From first consultation to installation all my interactions with them were professional, competent, and on time. I'm completely satisfied with their service. Thoughtful and considerate of property, they answered all my questions and delivered in time for me to have a fire for Christmas. Highly recommend!
