Great service from sales and delivery staff. Competitively priced and very updated furniture. Just finished our dining room our 2nd experience with Ellis Brothers Furniture. Sales, delivery overall service was very pleasing. Would definitely recommend this store.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Had to wait around all day and every employee had a horrible attitude and constant swearing with other customers around. Would never recommend ever coming to this place

Such a wonderful store. The staff is without equal. As soon as my wife and I walked in they greeted us like family. We were given personal service by the staff, who were willing to answer any questions and give whatever help we needed. I've never had such a nice experience in a furniture store. I couldn't recommend the Ellis Bros more. I especially recommend the carpets, such wonderful detail and quality.

It is the excellent, old-fashioned customer service that distinguishes this company from any other furniture company that my wife and I have bought from in the past. We worked with Barbara Ellis, and she was just wonderful. She CARED about our needs and invested the time to fully understand our tastes and budget.

She even came to our home to get a first-hand idea of what we envisioned and to provide expert guidance. She has a passion for what she does and it shows. Barbara also came to our home when our furniture was delivered to help set it up and make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. amazing! I love this place! The new building is beautifully designed with lots of light and the furniture is all gorgeous. All the Ellis's couldn't be more friendly and helpful to us. Several years ago we bought a leather couch, chair and ottoman from Ellis Brothers and the pieces are amazing. We wanted to update our look so we bought a Recliner Chair to replace the chair and ottoman (they still look like new).

It's not only comfortable but a beautiful new look to our living room. You can't leave the store without checking out Dove and Co. that too is awesome! Thank you Chuckie, Laura, Joanie for all your great help!

The staff at Ellis Brothers are the friendliest, most knowledgeable people I have ever dealt with. They all make you feel like family when you walk in. and I don't get "all dressed up" to shop. That is the reason that I have been shopping there for over 20 years, I wish I had a bigger house because there is so much beautiful furniture to choose from. I wouldn't shop anywhere else for furniture.
