Coastal Furniture is my favorite furniture store. We have purchased a living room set and kitchen set. I love the coastal look of the furniture. The Four Season pieces are beautiful and very comfortable. Most of the pieces were in stock and were delivered promptly a chair and ottomans took almost a year due to supply issues. Every time I called I was kept up to date and informed of the furniture status.

The In store service is top notch. I received excellent help and sales staff are very informed. I love working with everyone in the store. The delivery was on time and the young men were very professional.

If your shopping for furniture and don't want to wait, check out what they have in stock! We got lucky and they had just what we needed in stock and it looks beautiful in our home! They also have artwork from an amazing local artist!

Staff very pleasant and found what I wanted. Told delivery would be in 20 weeks (understandable, as special order)for a love seat and motion sofa. Ordered on 4/9/21 then never heard from them again. Called to check status on 8/6/21 just to be told it would be another 4-5 months. Meanwhile they have my money and then told me I could cancel my order.

Not what I wanted to hear of course and they could have called me. Emailed Best Furniture in Indiana, just to read a very long and detailed explanation as to why the furniture has not been manufactured yet. No employees, the trees weren't grown in Malaysia yet, no container ships, yadda, yadda, yadda. Very carefully worded. Enough of these pandemic excuses. I understand it's just furniture but really?

Great selection and friendly people! Mary was super helpful. Most of the stuff we purchased they had in stock, and it was delivered right away. I love our new bedroom set, and will definitely be back to purchase a dining set when our new house is finished.

If I could make my rating a minus 5 star, I would! Here is what happened. I went to their Zephyrhills store a week before Christmas to buy bamboo sheets as a Christmas gift. While they did not have them in stock, they called the Hudson store to confirm they had them in stock there and then they promised to have them delivered to the Zephyrhills store the Tuesday before Christmas.

They promised to call me when they were in. I was delighted! Well, Tuesday came and went and I heard nothing. I called them Wednesday morning and they said "Oh, that's right. You ordered the sheets. They must have been overlooked as they didn't come in. We can get them to you the following Tuesday after Christmas." REALLY? I reminded her that they were a Christmas gift and that this is leaving me in a predicament.

She offered to double check her stock and call me back. She called me back and repeated that they were unable to get them until after Christmas. Now I have no time to get another Christmas gift as I was counting on them following through with their commitment to transfer them to this store! The store personnel was not even apologetic nor did she offer to try to do something to get them in since it was their fault!

The attitude was "Go tell someone who cares!" WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I will NEVER do business with them again and I caution anyone who wants to buy something that they cannot take from the store that day to do business with them! They are NOT customer service oriented and their commitment to follow through is pathetic! Shop there at your own risk!

We cannot say enough about how much we love the bedroom set that we purchased from coastal furniture. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They listened to what was important to us and helped choose the perfect bedroom set to fit our space. The pieces are unique, very well made and so beautiful. Check them out!

We were assisted by Leslie and later Aaron. Both were terrific with their knowledge of their products and went the extra mile (phone calls and checking websites) to make certain our desires were met. Prices were very reasonable despite us receiving attention that would be typical for very high end stores. We could not be happier with our purchase of eight chair with custom frames and upholstery. We highly recommend Coastal Furniture.

Received chair and ottoman today. LOVE them; exactly what I was looking for. Should've gone there first and not wasted time researching other stores and online. Wonderful that you can purchase from floor, take with if want to. Lots of accessories to purchase. You will not be sorry. Wonderful staff that are not pushy. Will definitely go back.

Just purchased a new bedroom set from Coast Furniture, and cannot say enough about this purchase, from the salesperson (Erica) to the delivery people. The product was at the right price and just beautiful. The delivery was scheduled and met when they had scheduled. We have purchased from this store before and it surely wont be our last purchase from them. Definitely a 5 star store for furniture.
