Hinrichs Fine Woods originated in 1993 with the objective of offering a higher quality product than its competitors. If three coats of finish were adequate, we used four; where others used screws and nails we used wood joints to hold cabinets together. Our original focus was building custom cabinets and furniture using solid wood.

We had a small, badly outdated kitchen that needed to be updated. It was important to us to make use of every inch of space that was available to us. We spent a fair amount of time researching cabinet shops before contacting Hinrichs Fine Woods for an estimate. When Mr. Hinrichs evaluated our kitchen, he asked us a lot of questions and provided a variety of ideas and alternatives that helped us decide what would be most functional and look best. Hinrichs drafted the designs, built the cabinets and did the installation which eliminated any need for us to hire an interior designer, architect or general contractor helping us make the best use of our dollars.
For us, design to installation was a reasonable six month period and he welcomed us to visit his shop to see our cabinets as they were being made. Our kitchen turned out nicer than we had imagined and the cabinets were beautifully made and finished. Marcus HInrichs is a pro and he is who you want to build your cabinets or repair your heirloom antique furniture. Mr. Hinrichs is a man of integrity and he and his staff were always available when we had questions through the remodeling process.
